Ok, someone explain how this would be good. Milk isn't weird in a marinade, and neither is beer... but together in the same mix? Wouldn't it curdle and make everything chunky? Please, someone explain this to me.
Milk breaks down protein and also takes the wild fish taste away. It’s how my Bride loves it. I prefer just beer and hot sauce. It won’t curdle and taste delicious
