There is this board game called "Labyrinth", where the players goals are to collect treasures while in the same maze. That's not what i want to suggest tho. The maze itself is very interesting though, it's a 7x7 grid, where all pieces on the 2nd, 4th or 6th rows or columns aren't fixed. Players are allowed to slide the single remaining piece in from the side, altering the maze and freeing up a new piece to slide in. If you don't make it too complicated, there should be little enough pieces to make it actually work. Heck, you could probably recreate the boardgame itself. You're probably better of looking up "Ravensburger Labyrinth" if you want to know more.

Kan is gonna be in kosmos maze and kosmo is in kans maze and their character is controlled by the other player. They can only see what they can see where the other player put them in.
It's like that old mm video where you used a bug to race cars wich are cross wired. Idk if the bug exists but you can use a piston system and a logic thing I think.
Ig my grammar may be confusing so uh. Basically, it could use those double piston ocilating things to controll a block with a seat that has controll of the pistons pushing it(like a Spectator seat but hidden, and in the maze). You take that, make two of them, and remove the controlls of the seats and add the controlls to the other person The idea is that the person knows where the opponent is but not them self's, and they have the same maze and they can only see the area of the maze that their opponent got them in. It might not work like cars but all in logic and the seats or something move one whole cell each time so the player dosent get stuck on a wall or anything.
Do a maze where you yourself are the person moving the maze around yourself. So you stay fixed in place and move the maze around yourself to get to the exit. No idea how to build that or if it's possible but I thought it would be a fun one

The one teammate is stuck in a room while the other is in the maze, The person who is stuck in the room has the map for the maze, But each direction is layered with riddles or puzzles that the person in a maze has to solve without the other person's help, if the person in the room solved the puzzle for the person in the maze, the maze restarts and redoing the whole process (idealy you press the button that restart the maze) Once the person in the maze got out they have two options: 1. solve a very hard puzzle to save their teammate or 2. They leave them behind (this option has consequences by locking the person inside the elavator that only works with 2 people standing under the censors and making them restart all the maze). Also the room has one window for the person to see that their teammate betrayed them.
very interesting and brutally frustrating idea :D Also Cosmo really did absolut error when he finished blind part, he could have won, but was thinking he has time
The maze was small enough that at the end if cosmo had just brute forced it back to the start he probably would’ve won. He wanted to continue trying his slow and methodical method which I think worked well in the car, but was too much of a time constraint once he got vision back.
I think it's more likely that he tried to follow his map. It was a good made for being blind, but there are obvious errors that make it less useful when you can see the paths (such as inconsistent path lengths).

Literally 1 minute after explaining... "Stupid is as stupid does". - Forest Gump Kosmo has found a plot hole. kAN follows after. ScrapMan: "Why are you like this"? 🤣🤣🤣
You might want a spud shotgun and mini gun for this one, a maze that is a solid block of cardboard, and there are walls that determine where you can or can’t go, but there might also be random walls that you can just go around, and doorways, so that if you could see everywhere the maze would look really easy, but because you have to carve out your root yourself you will go in circles.
I love how around the 9:10 to 10:00 minute mark we have a person so close to the end and the other so close to the beginning. It wasn't quite a race to the finish... but close enough to be funny. Edit And then the ending was also surprisingly epic as well. No spoilers though.
You want a maze idea? If you want to be sadistic, re-create a daggerfall dungeon including underwater sections and hidden doors... However there are teleporters in that game, so I don't know how you'd do that in scrap mechanic. If you want a nicer idea, make a cube with elevators and tunnels to different layers. Mapping like what Kosmo did is made much harder when there's a 3d element.
I know Kosmo has been going through a lot but I hope we get to see a build from him this week. His mazes have been getting better and it would be cool to see his progress.
Catching up after a few busy nights at work. This was a crazy maze idea... but then, so was kAN's... and I can't believe Kosmo didn't win this, especially with how accurate his map was.
Maze Idea: Not sure if this has been done yet but a Maze with changing paths but instead of automated, players have to find switches to open new paths. Not all switches are equal! Some switches can close paths too for added challenge. And if you wanna be a little evil you can put a switch in the beginning of the Maze that closes the exit 😂 (of course they can go back to the start to reopen the exit)
I love this Idea I generally love games, where you need to maneuver a vehicle solely on sensors or with minimal vision (like Barotrauma) Bonus points if you need to run through the vehicle to operate different machines throughout the operation to keep it running etc.
Nice video like aways, Scrapman. I challenge you to build the ultimate vehicle in Trailmakers. A vehicle that can be fast, powerful and efficient in every category and situation. Yes, this includes space, air, water and terrain. Just a little thing for you to think about. I love your videos 😊
Maze idea: make two mazes with completely different ideas with similar difficulty but don’t tell them that the other persons maze is different to theirs
Just make a Rollgoal-esque maze where they race to see who can move a ball through a tilting course they control, maybe have like three different courses, varying difficulty where they can choose which order they start in, and maybe a way to sabotage the other player if they complete a course.
1 week! of asking, Dear Scrapman, I have an idea. The challenge would be to go as fast as possible in either kp/h or time from corner to corner of the grid map with a set power core limit like maybe 50 or 100. I think this would be an interesting challenge due to the need to balance aero, acceleration and the power limit.
They really could've made things easier on them by following the basic rule of mazes of sticking to one side (keeping either the left or the right sensor lit up at all times, making a 90 degree turn that direction when the chosen sensor stops being lit up, and making a 90 degree turn the opposite direction when the front sensor lights up while the chosen sensor remains lit up as well). Then it would be a 50/50 chance of having a very direct route (left) or going through like 90% of the maze but at least no accidental turnbacks (right). As for a maze idea, I have no idea if this is possible, but would a spleef maze be possible? It would be a maze built out of cardboard (with walls that don't "lock" the cardboard ground, but will fall down with the floor), of course with each player still being in their own maze. You give each player a bunch of spleef cars at the start, making it so if they die they spawn back and have to grab a new spleef car, and you give each a bunch of building tools (floorpieces to weld together) so they can patch up holes. The idea being that while they're completing the maze, they may accidentally cut themselves out and have to start over, but in doing so they also delete part of the maze making it easier to get back in deeper (they're allowed to patch holes before entering a new spleef car, but they're not allowed to explored the deeper parts of the maze on foot).
Scrapman I have a idea for a maze: build a maze that constantly keep changing So like for a example every 30 sec the walls go down and new walls come up
I think this is very similar to an idea I had (when i watched bots with sensors on Kan's channel playing spleef) but it's maze instead of spleef. XD The idea was making a screen out of logic that would be powered by sensors so you can somewhat see There could be colour sensors so you detect only ground and not other players and few logic dedicated to other player's vehicles.
Bro was drawing out the map based on what he saw through the logic gates but if they had just stuck to the left wall (and then the right on the way back, like with 99% of mazes) they would have finished it in 1 minute lol
For maze ideas, mazes with plenty of hidden switches that moves walls to open and close pathways.... but most of the switches moves walls in the other ones maze
I think a better UI would of been using the actual vehicle walls. This also gives you more space to give more fine tuned distance measurements. Also, you solve this maze like any maze, staying next to the left hand wall.
Make a race track maze, with super fast cars that you have to navigate with while trying not to crash, or you restart, and obstacles, and on some walls there is traps that make you restart
idea: this concept, but instead of explosives at the end, you flip to drive on the underside of the maze in a second maze, when you reach the end you fall off into the void, teh map could also be slowly rotating a few rotations clockwise, and a few counter clockwise, oh, and there could be sound blocks all over the maze activated by sensors when you hit the walls and hit dead ends, the sounds is not helping you what so ever, they just annoy and confuse you.
Maze idea (it's a bit complicated): They are both looking at mazes with glass roofs and walls from the top down and they control cars in the maze and they have a 180° rotated wall outline on the top so they can see what the maze looks like, but upside down
WOW... SO CLOSE KOSMO... Good maze Scrap... That was a great game... I think you need to run it now against the Kosmo... LOL!!! While kAn laughs at you guys... LOL!!!
Got to go full on jumpscare horror map. Have limited health on. Just the hammer. Make bots spawn. Have explosives. Drop the floor out from under sections of the map. Passage ways blocked off by scrap you have to hammer through. Unlit areas. Go nuts with it!
Kan was making every correct turn in the beginning and only needed to stop before hitting the wall and then make 2 left turns and a right turn. Then later Kosmo was right at the end and kept making the wrong turn so many times lol
Build a maze with buttons that can change the opponents maze. Maybe the button changes a path or the floor opens to drop them into the abyss, and they have to start over.
Maze idea: A completely "normal" maze, BUT whenever someone enters a deadend, they fall into a completely new maze with a new puzzle theme or something. 🤷♂️
Do a battle where you jump out of the water and then you can shoot. I remember you did this when the high seas came out and I’m curious what would happen with the new parts especially gyros. and if you don’t do that, I would love to see some more sale action, so maybe a sailboat battle could be cool
Idea for a maze, something to do with flight, like doing a maze in a heli or in a plane, and if you crash there's gotta be some sort of consequence, also watching kan felt like watching a roomba bump into a wall when he would just go straight into it and then back up, love the videos
How about a maze where the players get an awkward to move vehicle. They can jump out of the vehicle and scout out what they want to do. The difficulty of the maze then coming from figuring out how to move this awkward vehicle to the end. I see 2 ways this awkward vehicle could work. 1: colored cells on the ground locking you to a limited amount of stearing options. 2: a car that is multiple maze cells in length, requiring very specific layouts to allow turning. A potential issue would be that the solution might be to simple on either of those by virtue of such a limited amount of possibilities, maybe getting a playtester could be good.
Maze idea - the layer maze race Build a layered maze of around 10 layers As the players advance a layer up 2 layers down that layer drops out of the map - the goal get 2 layers ahead of the other player to drop them out of the game
idea for maze, 3d maze with hover machines that could go up and down, it might be hard to have perspective on the people in the middle but it might be fun

1 week! of asking, Dear Scrapman, I have an idea.
That was an amazing idea and the boys hedged just enough for those slow trucks to be tense. What else is cooking in the lab? Or in th' trap?

I think this is very similar to an idea I had (when i watched bots with sensors on Kan's channel playing spleef) but it's maze instead of spleef.
XD
The idea was making a screen out of logic that would be powered by sensors so you can somewhat see
There could be colour sensors so you detect only ground and not other players and few logic dedicated to other player's vehicles.
Bro was drawing out the map based on what he saw through the logic gates but if they had just stuck to the left wall (and then the right on the way back, like with 99% of mazes) they would have finished it in 1 minute lol
For maze ideas,
mazes with plenty of hidden switches that moves walls to open and close pathways.... but most of the switches moves walls in the other ones maze
ScrapMan you are a brilliantly mad genius and I love it!
Glad you didn't lose the footage
I love the idea of bringing them pain 🤣🤣
kAN was just... absolute roomba vibes man.
If you look at it sideways, kosmo's map is super well planned out, and there's only only one error.
That's not a bad idea
You made Iron Lung, the maze! :D
idea: this concept, but instead of explosives at the end, you flip to drive on the underside of the maze in a second maze, when you reach the end you fall off into the void, teh map could also be slowly rotating a few rotations clockwise, and a few counter clockwise, oh, and there could be sound blocks all over the maze activated by sensors when you hit the walls and hit dead ends, the sounds is not helping you what so ever, they just annoy and confuse you.
Reminds me so much of the game Duskers. Would be very interesting to see this again, but in a much more in-depth and bigger map.
Lol, I literally just saw a video posted from yuzi 2 minutes ago and instantly thought of mp Monday then scrap man uploads. Good timing
Maze idea (it's a bit complicated):
They are both looking at mazes with glass roofs and walls from the top down and they control cars in the maze and they have a 180° rotated wall outline on the top so they can see what the maze looks like, but upside down
Diabolical! But here’s another one for ya (that was inspired from this) : BLIND SPLEEF!!!
🤪
WOW... SO CLOSE KOSMO... Good maze Scrap... That was a great game... I think you need to run it now against the Kosmo... LOL!!! While kAn laughs at you guys... LOL!!!
The contrast of Kan being back at the start and Kosmo being one turn away from the end
I cant belive Kosmo did not just run!!! 😢
alternate title: mazes, but at render distance 0
edit: also 3:35 is how it feels to send software into testing
This was a fun video to watch
They have to bring back 3D pictionary on multiplayer moneday!
kosmo took a long time figuring out the maze on the way back instead of actually just run around the small maze.
Neat idea. It was fun to watch
Something tells me this video is gonna be good
Got to go full on jumpscare horror map. Have limited health on. Just the hammer.
Make bots spawn.
Have explosives.
Drop the floor out from under sections of the map.
Passage ways blocked off by scrap you have to hammer through.
Unlit areas.
Go nuts with it!
Nooooo, Kosmo. You hesitated to run!
Kan was making every correct turn in the beginning and only needed to stop before hitting the wall and then make 2 left turns and a right turn. Then later Kosmo was right at the end and kept making the wrong turn so many times lol
This concept remind me of a scene from The Birdbox, where survivors would navigate the roads, in their car, using the parking sensors
Build a maze with buttons that can change the opponents maze. Maybe the button changes a path or the floor opens to drop them into the abyss, and they have to start over.
Maze but you can’t move with legs or wasd 😊 9:31
Maze idea: A completely "normal" maze, BUT whenever someone enters a deadend, they fall into a completely new maze with a new puzzle theme or something. 🤷♂️
the vehicle hud reminds me of Iron lung, cool idea.
Do a battle where you jump out of the water and then you can shoot. I remember you did this when the high seas came out and I’m curious what would happen with the new parts especially gyros. and if you don’t do that, I would love to see some more sale action, so maybe a sailboat battle could be cool
i have a maze idea, a maze that changes. also i love youre vids
Idea for a maze, something to do with flight, like doing a maze in a heli or in a plane, and if you crash there's gotta be some sort of consequence, also watching kan felt like watching a roomba bump into a wall when he would just go straight into it and then back up, love the videos
OH THAT IS EVIL SCRAPMAN!
Bring back Escape Rooms! Those were some of my favorite videos, the ones you made for each other.
Maze idea - the layer maze race
Build a layered maze of around 10 layers
As the players advance a layer up 2 layers down that layer drops out of the map - the goal get 2 layers ahead of the other player to drop them out of the game
Easy strategy: just drive straight and hug the right wall.
Love you scrap!
P.s. - spaceship evolution?
Do spleef but hide bombs under the cardboard
I feel like watching one of those toy size robot cars figuring out where the exit is
Thisnis literally Iron Lung in Scrap Mechanic and Scrapman doesn't even realize it.
The hard drives couldn't keep us away again!
Im not sure how it would work in scrap mechanic, but i was thinking a teleport maze would be interesting. One from Yume Nikki would be absurd
idea for maze, 3d maze with hover machines that could go up and down, it might be hard to have perspective on the people in the middle but it might be fun
Kosmo's movement was like a poorly written driving robot.
Kan: nobody wants to know whats on my mind
Pink
Fluffy
Unicorns
Dancing
On
Rainbows
Maze idea:
Maze where walls rise and fall periodically, but you can also toggle some walls on Kan’s side to see how long it takes Kan to notice.
Maze idea huh? How about a flying tank maze :)
I would love to see kan and kosmos reactions to watching this video
