There must be a free-cam mod for this game, right? If so, allowing the hiders to use it to watch the seeker would make this a lot more interesting.
There isn’t unless there certain type machine in map which allow for overview of entire map.

Well, that would mean every spot needs a free cam machine, but it would be possible.

In the junkyard hunt video they used it to watch the hunters without giving away anything by their own positions.
If it actually is a device, rather than just a mode as I thought, I guess that makes it a bit more complicated, but maybe there is a setting that would allow them to place the machine themselves once they are in a spot?
@@Nevir202 they could always find or make a mod to let them do something like that either an item in their inventory that acts like a handheld version of the machine or a command or something

It was quite funny watching the wheels in your head turn as you were exploring with Moonbo and finding multiple good hiding spots.

MORE HIDE-N-SEEK: Museum Map. Very fun with multiple rooms and lots of switches. Some are unwanted (like the one that opens a door to a big bot) but it’s really fun to do.
There was another map on the workshop that was really good.
It is called "Starship Hide and Seek" and it is by Akari_Enderwolf. The special switch ending was awesome too.
I love the hide and seek episodes. The maps are getting better. Are there any criteria for the hide and seek maps?

day 25 of askinng scrapman to play multiplayer monday in survival where everyone starts at the crashed ship and has 30 minutes to build a vehicle, no glitches, thrusters allowed
Hide and seek should have its own series
hide and seek needs some really awesome maps or maybe some new "rules" added. maybe do a "after 5 minutes instead of hints, the hiders have to find a new spot while the seeker stays in one place and looks at the ground for 30 seconds." or instead of using the spudgun to "tag" the hider the seeker uses the hammer. also, we need to have "seeker pov" pic in pic
i want scrapman just to make a mega hide and seek episode, or a live stream

What if you did Hide & Seek on a map like this, but it was the Hider's job to escape the map using the secret switches to unlock the finish?

The devs should add a legit hide-n-seek mode, that includes hiding names for the seeker, and gives hiders an HP bar, so when they get shot, it's obvious.

The cactus switch is hard to find because the brain tells you to NOT jump into the cacti.
Day 1 of asking Scrapman to do another battle bot evolution in Trailmakers
Honestly, spudguns shouldn't be allowed in this, unless map specifically requires it. It makes a lot of possible covers obsolete and way too easy to break them en masse.
That's the point, there needs to be the equivalent of hiding under a pile of clothes, otherwise the hiding spots are too numerous and too obvious.
To any hide seek map makers here idea for spot in scrapyard full random art have scrap dragon with sign that scragon and put button behind the O in sign and make blend with letter (so sign is 3 block deep or wide depending on how want look at it with deep being in front and wide being side) and have only open spot be in middle of O to access button which lowers the jaw scragon temporarily.

there should be a 20 sec. rule lol if you're found within the first 20 sec. you get a rehide with a 10 sec. headstart.

Problem is, you don't know if they're sprinting or walking.
@@nikkiofthevalley you can get at least an estimate, and minimum-maximum of the distance (max run, min walk, direction etc)

When I played hide and seek with my friends the seeker went in my spot twice.

I know this is a year old but this round was a perfect example of how not doing any peperatory exploration can make these videos really bad. It just isn't fun when scrapmans entire game consists of running around wildly with no idea where anything is and missing spots because he's panicking and ending up not finding anywhere good because he's so unfamiliar with the map and bad at finding anything under pressure. Kan, Moobo, and Kosmos are all seemingly decent at finding somwhere to hide under pressure, but scrapman needs to explore a bit, (which makes his failure to explore properly whilst following moobo extra frustrating), and figure out where he could go ahead of time or he can't hide at all.
Day 107 of Asking scrapman to make a Machine that make that uses the steal balls and magnets to make the steal ball orbit around your creation with out any thing touching them and try to take out a building with it in instruments of destruction

You could use a map like this where you can finish. And your playing hide and seek and the hiders get points if they finish the map before being found
