Thanks. Regarding the irons are you talking about the MP20s so the blades or the MP20 HMBs which are in this review. If the blades then unless you are a very very good ball striker I would avoid the blades. If talking about the HMBs in this video then possibly yes, you still need to be a decent ball striker but there is enough forgiveness to cover slight off centre hits. I personally had these as a mid handicapper before I dropped to single figures and I got away with it…. Just about. By the sounds of it you are ready for transition to these sort of clubs from the cavity back warbirds which I can imagine are big and friendly looking. An option though if looking at mizuno could potentially be the JPX forged range, so the 919s or 921s if looking second hand. As these have a little bit more forgiveness than the HMBs, but still feel great. Let me know what you go for in the end and how it goes. 👍
So I was actually at the range with the P770s yesterday and would say they feel just as good as the MP20 hmbs and really put a smile on your face when you strike them out the middle. I would add forgiveness was pretty similar as well which was good as the P770s are slightly smaller than the mizunos. Overall I would say both are lovely irons.
I still got these clubs I’ll never change them
Mine are coming today 👍
Awesome, let me know how you get on with them.
There are very good. 👍
Hi! Im thinking of upgrading from my Callaway Warbird. Would the mizuno mp20 be forgiving enough (im mid-high handicap) thanks! Nice review
Thanks.

Let’s be honest. You say, “Let’s be honest” waay too much!
Haha I do have a habit of repeating myself! Need to rein it in next time.
