You can’t just let anyone into America or else it would be chaos. America IS the land of the free compared to the country’s these kids are coming from and more than 90% of the countries in the World.
The thing is, if they let these kids in, they would be breaking there own laws. That’s like letting a kid get away with murder just because of his/her age. Obviously illegal immigration and murder is far from close in terms of how badly the broke law is, but it’s still illegal and against the law.
I understand these are kids and they don’t know what’s going on, but they shouldn’t get to stay in America just because of there age.

What would you do if you find a small kid alone at your door? Of course you'll curse their parents or the person who put them there and that's right. Yes the person who dropped the kid there was no doubt an arsehole. BUT my question is, what would you do with the kid? Throw them out? Shut the door? Afterall it wasn't your fault. C'mon you won't even do that to a dog or cat, let alone a small kid. You'd take them in and try to help them in the BEST WAY POSSIBLE. That's what any person with a heart would do.

If you truly believe this is something good that they are doing then you must be completely devoid of any form of empathy whatsoever.
I think it's very noble that so many feel bad for these children. It has to be very difficult on them to go through this. On the otherhand, we musn't forget our many homeless, living on the streets, as well as our country's children that must go to bed hungry at night, thst is, if they're fortunate to have a bed! No one ever seems to shed tears for them, or have concerns. Why?

Bernie Sanders is left-wing (Social-Democrat) and the Democratic party did everything, legal and not so legal, to avoid Bernie from winning the primaries. Finally, the popular vote decided a victory for Hillary Clinton (the lesser of two evils in my point of view), by a margin of 3 million votes. The problem that made the demagogue Trump being elected was his lying but effective campaign and social media that manipulated voters, and a rigged system that excludes millions from having decent living conditions, in a rich but extremely unequal economy. Also, USA IS NOT A DEMOCRACY: (1) because there is an anti-democratic bi-partisan system with lots of "winner takes all" elections; (2) because the economical power (the Neoliberal dream shared by Democrats and Republicans, both radical-right-wing in economic policies) does everything to undermine real left-wing candidates; (3) because only people from the establishment can win elections (Hillary is political establishment, Trump is economical establishment) due to the ammount of sponrs needed because of a lack of public funding and regulations for campaings; (4) because USA has a chamber of Senators for life (a kind of royalty, instead of regular republican elections); (5) because it's possible for a candidate with 25% of the votes to win an election against a candidate with 75% of popular vote; (6) because the establishment (economical and political) control all the midia, and manipulates people's opinion; (7) because USA doesn't have essential human rights (like health care and education) to trully give freedom of choice for everyone (someone that needs to choose between an education or a house, is not free!); (8) and because the Neoliberal politics (economically are radical right-wing, and both Republicans and Democrats do the same since the last 40 years) establish a "trickle-down" economy that ensures only one thing: no class changes - meaning, if you are burn in poverty, you have 99.9% chances of never being capable to change that. THIS IS NOT DEMOCRACY. This is the reason for the revolt against the system. The system has absolutely anything to do with left wing politics. Immigration is not about left-wing, it's about human rights, tolerancy, and civilizational principles. I hope I explained it well enough for you, since english is only my 4th language. You do realize these children didn’t literally come alone, they traveled with their parents for asylum but were then separated by the US government and the parents were deported while the children stayed to “fight their case”

They are unaccompanied. Often sent with no parents. These are civil and not criminal proceedings and therefore the US doesn't need to provde any legal representation. Once they have fulfilled burdern of proof that the child is not legally in the country, they quite rightly deport the child back to its country over to social services. A state appointed lawyer would be arguing with its own state laws. Its not the USA's job to take in unaccompanied minors across the world. Im not from the USA. The courts usually have a specific day for children. On that day the court is turned in to a daycare type facility with toys and childcare professionals in the waiting areas. What else can be done?

As you see, in the link I provided below, the film is taken from actual court transcripts, with a retired judge playing the part of, (I have to state the obvious, because the level of stupidity in the country baffles me, at times; it's nothing personal, @pinkysteph), well, the judge.
