They really need to make this an account wide unlock. Locking this to each individual character that does it is just more encouragement to only ever use one character.

Depends on your path. You can get there early, but the enemies will be overwhelming. Take your time, there's still a window to complete the event.

According to the sequence you are approaching areas with, you might already be able to get them all. Have you gotten to the Fief?

Sadly, no. Each character has to unlock it.

It sucks that you have to spend Umbral scourings on the Saint’s armour to fight the boss. That’s a lot of scourings just for a helmet.
It increases Item Drop Rate and looks dope! What else do we need?! :P
