I have a 2010 RS Camaro don't like the wheels , So I found wheel from 2016 ,they are take off. new. Can you program the new 6th gen. to 2010 5th gen . Or will I have to use the ones that are on the 2010 5th gen? In the new wheels?
I did this, but the new 6th gen Camaro wheels have sensors that aren’t the same kind that the 5th gen Camaro wheels use? I’m not exactly sure…. Either way, I replaced all 4 of whatever sensors were on the set of factory 6th gen Camaro SS wheels (20” inch) for some aftermarket ones, since I assumed they were old and eventually going to die out. I bought the common, universal relearn/reprogram tool from Amazon Prime for like $10; but it doesn’t do anything but work for only some of the older removed sensors (OEM ones). It doesn’t seem to respond to the new ones… On top of the cheap universal relearn/reprogram tool not working with the aftermarket sensors, only CERTAIN OEM TPMS seem to trigger the individual wheel relearn process on the 5th gen Camaro (through the dash menu). For example, only my rear right (passenger rear) wheel/TPMS will trigger with the relearn tool, even though on the dash menu, it currently says like “rear left” or something or the sort (not/un-matched).
Same I have a 2010 Camaro SS just happened to me today(3/2/2020) gonna buy some new ones changing them all is recommended since one went bad theyre probably all on the verge of going bad
@@Chevifier did that ever helped. I'm starting to have the same problem too. All four tires was showing the psi then I got a "service tire monitor system" and tire light was flashing and it said the front right tire then had no reading.
The tire that the horn will not blow means you have a bad tire pressure sensor in that tire. You will need to have the sensor replaced. Here is the sensor you need. amzn.to/2Sr5N6y

The sensors in the new rims will work just fine.

😟 I'm confused though, how do I know to add or take out air?
Does this work for a 2017 1le? I'm trying to get a new set of stems. I left the old stems in a winter wheel setup
Karl Febel works perfectly
Its not working smh
Why the hell? This doesn't make any sense.
