Please help qno. 1- charo coil ko me se kisi ek ko anticlock direction me ghumakar banaya or teen ko clock wise ghumakar banaya to is se koi fark padega? please help meri ek hi machine hai 50 ampere ki uski primary coil ko do bar bandh diya hai secondary coil dono theek hai nahi jali hai fir bhi ampere bina load ke hi wo 20-30 le rahi hai. connection bhi sab tarike se kar diye hai laghbhag fir bhi samasya aa rahi hai.. pehle secondary coils me polish wala wire tha maine cotton wala lagaya hai jagah kam pad rahi thi to cross me bitha di coils primary coil me pehle turn 145 the 123,132 fir 145 loop se bani hui thi dono maine jagah nahi hone se 125-125 turns hi lagaye dono coil me.. agar is se koi problem hoto bhi bataye qno. 2- Agar secondary coil ke connection kiye bina suplly denge to machine ke ampere me kya fark padega

I did it by same transformer size , the only thing i used 8 swg Dcc Alluminium wire for primary and secondary 1swg Alluminium wire and the result was amazing

Lo que no entiendo es por que usas 7.5 como constante si la regla de transformación nos dise que la constante es 37.5 o 42, y se hace en centímetros... Eso inplicaria menos vueltas del bobinado...

@Tony Tobay if you want a 500 amp welding transformer make sure you have your house rated for that much current cause 500 amps @24 volts is more than 12000 watts of power I took 24 volts cause that's the minimum voltage needed to weld

this formula is experimentally derived, it is not exactly accurate, but it is accurate enough for welding transformers.
