सर शानदार समझाया गया है आपके द्वारा पर सबसे बड़ा एक प्रश्न मन मे ये आ रहा है कि अलग अलग साइज का कोर जिसके बीच की पट्टी जिसे आपने A में इंगित किया है वो करीबन समान साइज की हो और उन अलग अलग नम्बर के कोर से समान मोटाई (जिसे आपने B में इंगित किया है) के ट्रांसफॉर्मर बनाएं तो उनकी पॉवर आपके इस फॉर्मूले के हिसाब से तो समान होनी चाहिए, जैसे 4 नम्बर कोर व 6 नम्बर कोर में बीच की पट्टी A 1.5 इंच होती है, अब इन दोनों कोर से अलग अलग दो ट्रांसफॉर्मर 3 इंच की चौड़ाई B के बनाये जाएं तो आपके इस फॉर्मूले के हिसाब से तो उनकी पॉवर एकसमान होनी चाहिए जबकि ट्रांसफॉर्मर आकार में एक छोटा व एक बड़ा है। कृपया समाधान कीजिये प्लीज।

No it is not simple. It is actually a complex calculation. We have to assume some of the data as ideal data. Then apply 3 formulas.

So your first transformer went something like
2.5 × 2 = 5
5 × 5.6 = 28
28 × 28 = 784watts
This is how I've heard it without understanding hindi hopefully its right

Just checked these power values with 2 transformers I have here and the power appears to be VA. But can you tell me why the calculations only use the area of the core and not the whole volume? If I were to double the height of a transformer and keep the core area the same, would I not have double the power? It would be the same as stacking one transformer on top of another.

Guage deppends on the current passing through it. Its simple. At primary side he says that 3.6amp and secindary side 65amp. So just google it guage for 4 and 65 amp. Its a chart. And choose it
