I tried the technic but my primary coil becomes too mach hot to an extent that it produces smoke while welding. What adjustment do I need to do to my machine?

very impressive that you came up with a way to build a transformer welder. i didn't understand your schematic for the chock coils, and why move both electrode and cathode and why not wire it in such a way that you just move one terminal to a higher setting. also you might want to add a diode bridge and get a dc current with some kind of wire feed system your welds would be a lot more accurate and easier to control, cleaner too

lithium can be used to make battery's, tho i have a welder, lithium can be used to make capacitors for everything from phones to welding machines, and they won't explode as the capacitors use an oxidized form of lithium.
Iam very good in constructing normal mini transformers like those of amplifier, step up and step down, and i follow a certain systematic format of calculation is it possible to calculate the welding form work eg 15cm by 10cm and divide it by 42

He calculated the coils for 220 volts and 50 volts, but he built 2 sets of primary and secondary coils so that they can handle more current. He connected the coils in series, therefore the each primary coil will get 110 volts also the each secondary coil will be 25 volts. Final secondary output will be 50 volts.

sir... I have made a welding transformer having core area 2*6 with 176 turns on primary ( aluminium) but a series light having 200w is burning....can u give me some idea about it...
50v ac or rectified dc out ,is a bit dangerous as its close to the human bodys skin resistance,and one can severly burn or kill themselves with that much amperage. I would rather make the secondary winding out of even thicker gauge wire and go for lesser turns keeping output voltage max till 20 or lesser.. just a safe suggestion.
Can't I just use copper wire and end up using a lot less of it instead of aluminum wire because I'm a commercial electrician and the only thing and we use aluminum wire for us for direct burial temporary lines 2 temp buildings with electricity when we're working because while it does conduct electricity copper is a lot better of a conductor than aluminum I was just wondering if aluminum was all you had the time was the reason you chose the aluminum wire
