Missing Person Rochester NH

MISSING PERSON ROCHESTER NH: Cacidy Mowry, a 15 year old is approximately 5-foot-10 in height, with distinctive red hair and freckles. He was last seen wearing dark gym shorts, a graphic T-shirt, black sneakers, and carrying a backpack.
The last confirmed sighting of Cacidy occurred around midnight after his disappearance. A Ring camera captured an image of him approaching a house in East Rochester before he turned and walked away. #rochesternh #missingperson
