Very beautiful. Excellent adventure. My father was in Spain a few times. He told me that he believed that Spain had the most beautiful women. That was way back in the 1960's - 70's. I am always learning something from your videos. Thank you . 🙏 Happy Trails. 🤠
Just lovely. Your videos are always so calming to watch at the end of my hectic day. I like that you are not on a posting schedule. That way..... when you do post..... it is just a lovely surprise in my day. Happy trails to you. 😊
Tere Maiu! I watch you from the very first videos! (I watch Peraküla-Ähijarve every year, I never get bored, and I always notice something new) At first I learned English from them, now I understand you without subtitles and Google Translate:) You have a very good taste in music! Your videos breathe comfort, and a native atmosphere! It's very interesting to watch your evolution, each of your projects is a little different and never boring. Everything in moderation, and information and personal life, and music and pictures. Thanks for the interesting content!☀️
Apart from the litter and trash, some beautiful scenery you again share with us. Love the light through the trees, and the texture of the bark on the trunks. Some philosophy too. Stay happy.
Aaaw... Style and editing from your latest "New channel name" video make me remember your roots with Hikerinestonia... I'vd loved them so much... 😍 Please safe a colour in your calendar for a few days in Germany... 😁 Hike on! 💪
I live in Orange County California, at one time this whole area was covered in orange trees. Right now I have an orange tree in my backyard, so picking oranges off the tree is easy for me.😘😉🍊🍊🍊🍊🍊 The scenery was beautiful.
I knew the sour orange would happen, I almost wanted to warn you not to try them. The same thing happened to me in Seville. I was amazed at oranges in the trees and "stole" one. Now you know why they are still on the tree!! Great content Maiu! it is so cool watching you living "your" dream :) :)
Texas is a little further south than Spain. We have great state parks. If you like solitude, the Big Bend region will provide that. Central Texas BBQ would be worth the trip by itself. Our coast offers wonderful solitude as well if, and it's an important if, you go to the right place at the right time. Summer would not be the time to visit, unless you like relentless heat. Spring would be best with the wildflowers. I would add that my family are solitude seeking, trash picking up, wilderness loving people. I really enjoy your channel.
I feel like congratulating you with your videos. They are so refreshing, especially nowadays when there is so much fake. You make me smile and enjoy your journey. Lots of love from me qnd my Xayh ( crazy siberian husky ). Go on like this girl !
Have you ever thought about getting 1 or 2 6 to 8 foot large PCV PIPES where you mount them on top of your van but have put a loading cap and end caps with a valve on each to produce hot water. If you paint the outside of them black the sun will heat them up and with a end cap with a outside faucet setup you can use it to wash dishes, take your showers, and even have hot water for your Tea or coffee. Good luck.
Seville Oranges best as marmalade, with lots of sugar. The Seville area is wonderfull, my favourite part of Spain. Check out the Sierra de Aracena, lots of free parking.
Raw olives direct from the tree are said to be extremely bitter and inedible (but not poisonous). Good to know, although I've never been tempted to try eating one! I prefer an organized mess, as well. I know what is in it and next time I need that thing, I know right where it is. At least with the sour tangerine you might be protected against scurvy. I'd prefer Vitamin C tablets, though. : ) There are former railroad grades where I live that have been repurposed for mountain biking. They now offer unparalleled views of forested mountains and trips through tunnels dug out through mountains more than a hundred years ago. Stay safe out there. Cheers.
Very nice vlog! Love your adventures with your sweet funny dogs. I had to laugh about Linnka. Maybe she wanted your chips! They smell very strong! And I live Odessa too.. working sooo hard! Sweet old lady♥️ I also hate loud kusic in the nature and trash. Enjoy your headphones ans microphone!
I love your art and that you are sharing it with us. Please keep it up. Also, I'm so glad you did not eat an olive from the tree, they are extremely bitter right from the tree, they need to be cured before they are good to eat.
Thank you for picking up the trash as an old Boy Scout, I believe in their way of life to leave your area as clean or better than you found it. What I hate is the bad people who even are so disrespectful that ( I have a pickup truck and at one time had a slide in camper. Well, I have found about 3 dirty diapers stuck in both the pickup and with the camper. There are sick bad people out there.
Seville oranges are what we import into Scotland to make marmalade........ yes, they are too sharp to eat raw! I have just made about 10 Kilos of marmalade. :-)
The oranges are named after Saville Saville oranges are bitter and sour they are a cross between pomelo and mandarin. I really enjoy your videos thank you for sharing 👍
Really enjoying this new style of vlog!! I'm right there w/ u on loud music and trash. Speaking of trash, I fail to grasp what's so difficult about disposing of ur trash appropriately.
We tried the oranges and found them bitter too. Are they the ones used to make marmalade? In England we call it scrumping when you take (steal) fruit from the trees. When we were in Tarifa the wind blew for 4 days so we couldn't take a ferry to Tangier. Enjoy your adventures 🙂
Oh, you're not going through Italy? I was in Spain, Italy, Malta, Neice France, Greece ( Crete Greece, Corfue Greece ), Palma and a couple other Islands. That was 1971 and got to visit Italy 🇮🇹 Pisa, Venice and Florence in 1996 than Germany in 1998. Really enjoyed Germany, Malta, Spain, Greece.
I started watching your videos when I was looking for my next holiday destination and your hikes in Estonia convinced me to go to the Baltics. I found this wonderful website of the Baltic Forest Trail and started planning. Now with the situation in the Ukraine I’m not sure it’s safe to go. What do you think? Anyway, though I miss your videos in Estonia, I love your series on your Europe trip as well and I admire you for undertaking such an adventure! Looking forward to your next vid.
I am no political expert and you should not take advice from me! But I think there's no actual reason to believe the tension and action would come to Estonia or even Latvia and Lithuania. The relationship between Ukraine and Russia is very different to that of Estonia and Russia, plus Estonia is official member of NATO and EU, while Ukraine is not. Of course the tension is always there in the long run but in reality I do not think we are in any danger at the moment.
Hi Maiu, thanks for your positive answer. I’ll keep an eye on the situation, but you’ve given me hope that I’ll be able to go hiking in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania 😀
Orange trees in the cities are only decorative, it doesn't matter if you are in Sevilla or in València. Not only they are not tasty for eating, they are even contaminated because of the polution of the cities. It's better to but 3 kilos for 2 euros in any grocery or to steal them from an orange grove.
Hee, aitäh :) Tatar on tõepoolest rariteet siin, aga mul on auto nina juba Eesti poole pööratud, tulen täiendan varusid (sh tatar JA pannkoogitainas ;))

Lovely vid Maiu. those trees in the morning light were beautiful as was the old railway line, just stunning landscapes.
Great to see you are doing well and entering 🇪🇸. Your dogs are really lucky to have you as their guardian .
Your adventures are awesome! Thank you for sharing, Maiu

Loved the intro and the rest of it of course, especially the face you pulled while eating the orange. lol
A wonderful watch offering so much to the viewer, visually and emotionally. Thank you Maiu 😊
Loved this vlog. I wonder what Linkka was wanting. That rail trail was wonderful.

Lovely to see back on track. Btw. Those oranges 🍊 are not really for consumption. 😉😉😉
I'm loving the new videos. Looking forward to seeing more. Keep safe and happy 😊

Music I mean..
Lovely film Maiu! Those are Seville oranges, too bitter to eat raw - as you discovered 😅. They’re used to make marmalade I think.
That makes so much more sense 😀

Like a real vlog. Want to pack my bags and start a motorcycle trip on Spain also. Bit cold for camping with tent i guess
It's never too cold to camp! Just uncomfortable 😃

What a nice surprise on this evening. Will you visit some more countries or will you drive straight up north?
Glad to offer that surprise to you! :) I'll be driving basically straight thru after Spain.

Is your dog fixed? She might be looking to want some strange. LOL
She indeed is spayed...
Sa oled ikka nii tuus naine! Tuult tiibadesse! Kui igatsed tatart või Kalevi komme, siis ütle - võin saata! :D
