Quite the opposite actually, majority of rural or other dogs that were loose were very friendly and polite not to push on too much, they came to sniff and then left. It was just me that was scared of the big livestock dogs.

I really enjoyed that vlog Maiu. It's nice to see somewhere with nice weather when we're being battered with storms here in the UK! It's always interesting to see you run the dogs, I love dogs and have lots of experience with working dogs but not sled dogs so keep it coming.

Inspiring how you look at tough situations small and large as tiny or big adventures.

That's so interesting! I went into a deep dive in google images to see the difference in trees and although the blossoms are almost identical, the almond tree leaves are smaller and thinner. I went thru my footage and spotted some thin leaves so I would say they were almond trees. That still doesn't explain the bitterness though...
@@MaiuLunekund i think they are all "prunus" trees, but the prunus dulcis produces the almonds we usually eat. So maybe that is prunus amara which is more bitter? 🤷
@@MaiuLunekund That's the taste of cyanide. If you eat enough of them, bad things can happen. ☠️ Apricot, cherry, apple and other plant seeds contain trace amounts.
I enjoyed this video, just mooching about exploring and doing stuff. I'm not trying to alarm you but are you aware of the processionary caterpillars this time of the year in southern Spain? Just something to look out for.

My step-dad made the art box for me, with measurements exactly fitting my van, it's awesome!

I think those were apricot trees :D Inside the pit of the apricot there's a seed similar to an almond in shape but it's bitter as hell!

Aren't bitter almonds a different species. And you shouldn't eat more than one or two as they're poisonous?
Well, the good news is I couldn't eat them because they really taste horrible 😅
