All the apartheid militias, military and state actors, whom sent numerous parcel bombs and participated in innumerable unjust incarcerations, whom also engaged in settlement upheavals went to parliament without objection because we sought to create a "new South Africa". Why didn't the TRC provide her with the same "pardons" F.W de Klerk received? Well what was important is manifesto launch and it was launched successfully with Mr Zuma giving a powerful speech...
If there wasn't EFF I was going to vote for MK.
The end of the road. The Notion that "from the Shower to Mahlambandlopfu" end just here.
The law of this country applies to all and sundry equally.
"Daar is nie a groot Kalkoene in die hoke nie"
All are equal before the eyes of the law.
The ANC will prevail. The ANC will ckeanse itself all the dirt in its ranks.
We are tired of self-centred individuals.
Get the Guptas and all those who enabled State Capture.
Lets think of Zuma in Parliament period....
Orange overall😢
What did we expect?
Lokhu okwenzeke enkantolo kungena ngapha kuphume ngapha ngovotela i mk ngeke ngiphathwe ibhunu elimnyama
Zuma sure looks healthy now .I thought he was terminally ill.He lied to the country to get out jail.
Have a look what Reyno de Beer of Liberty Fighters Network has to say about this matter...
Ma MK amahle. This is confirmation we must vote in our numbers and change these laws that work aggressively against us 💚🖤💚
Until you spell “against” correctly you are just a joke
The Constitution of the Republic can only be amended with a 2/3 majority, so you require the support of 268 MPs in the National Assembly. That looks like a pipe dream for the popcorn 🍿 MK Party.
Absolutely 😢
Mxm
Viva MK
Dali mpopo you must Respect honorable roi canyon he uphold the law not the party
If contempt of court is a crime, ' were then criminal procedures followed in incriminating him? What are the criminal procedures, were they followed? Constitutional court as the last resort why was it used as the first resort?
Crimes have weights in that some are held at lower (magistrate courts) courts and some to high court. Zuma was sent to jail without court proceedings and representation
Was it not because of him ignoring being summoned to court?
Where are those who were screaming about the Electoral court unnecessary decision now?How could seasoned judges reason that a remission reduces or overrides a court sentence? While the remission is simply a release of a convict from incarceration? That's ridiculous! What concourt hands down is almost everything advocate Tembeka Ngcaitobi was trying to caution the electoral court about
What's the difference between parole and remission? There is a difference.
@@slieafrica
They both serve similar end goal which is to relief the convict from their incarceration but not to alter court judgments. That's justice Theron grilled Dali Mpofu when brought up Winnie Mandela vs Freedom Plus comparison because the two are not the same
@@koolerkool8008 are we not ashamed to have an "apex court" that ostracized a freedom fighter like Winnie Mandela into entering a post apartheid parliament? Was this not the type of change she gave her life to enacting?
To cross reference Winnie's case to this whilst beaming with pride and confidence is where the real problem lies.
The issue is, state apparatuses are being used to silence individuals seeking meaningful change for the people, Winnie Mandela's case you've just cross referenced proves this. Now we've added another victim to the list to such conspiracies.
We are now, legally, two strokes away from draconian oppression. Remember Rivonia Trial.
Should a person who is disqualified from standing for election remain on the Party list submitted in line with the laws that disqualified the person? Can fugitives from justice .e.g. the Guptas be on Parties' Candidate lists submitted to the IEC?
We must never worry and doubt Zuma will lead Us ....
Freedom at last
Mk is here you like it or not. Will change the status core
Mk with Zuma or no Zuma....sizoyivotela
If the Concourt had judged otherwise, they would have raised eyebrows regarding the sentence they imposed on JZ… That for me can make any reasonable man to prefer that those judges who sentenced him to be recused…
Now does that mean people won't be able to Vote for MK Party or they're showing Society that MK Party is nothing through Zuma or fighting MK Party members through Zuma.... This Disqualification means nothing We will VOTE for MK Party and MK Party will continue growing.
Zuma ulibhantinti. Makahlale endlini nabazukulwana.
We now waiting for the trial to start next year 2025
