Jess I Loved watching you with this saw. I have one myself and its awesome. The only tips I have for you is. Please check your chain after each use . They will loosen up. Also keep it oiled. I know you will love it. Just having one that you can use on your own and its light weight. Have fun and remember Safety First..😍😍😍
Thank you for the demonstration! It’s on my birthday list! Just after thanksgiving, a kitten showed up at my front door. My hand looks the same! My Abby negotiated hard for biting, I don’t bit her, so…. To discourage her, while she has my fingers in her mouth, I rub the roof of her mouth. Maybe it tickles, or maybe she doesn’t like her mouth being open. Who knows? While I do this I tell her to be sweet! Now when we play I just remind her to be sweet and she doesn’t bite so hard.
I bought one of these (Stihl brand) last summer and absolutely fell in love with it. I used it on a daily basis cleaning up all the growth around our backyard fence, pruning trees & shrubs in an instant! and cutting up fallen branches & such. It is my most favorite tool in my collection to date!!! So glad you have one - you will find a gazillion uses for it ... and then you'll want a bigger one - hahaha !!!!!
That looks like a great little saw and I may have to get me one of those because this spring I have some cleaning up of some branches too! And a huge yard blank slate to make garden beds… I’ve been trying to see how much and what parts of the yard get sun.. I think Jes, I may have a gully-type garden come on this year because my whole back yard is basically surrounded in trees and the whole south edge is in a lot of shade… although most of my clearance perennials you encouraged me to buy this past fall are full sun lovers, I also grabbed some hostas and astilbe and pulmonaria … I wish we could share pics in the YT comment section! Your video got me excited for spring! Thank you so much for sharing! I hope we get to see much more of the clean out!! 😁🙏🏼👏🏼♥️

Congratulations on your new chainsaw! I have the Stihl GTA 26 garden pruner and I love it! I call it my girl chainsaw. My husband has a full size chainsaw but he even uses it for small pruning chores. A tip: Start the chainsaw before you place the chain on the log. I notice you position the chain on the log before starting it. Have fun!
I have a mini chain saw. I absolutely love it! I'm 63 and I can cut limbs off my trees in a minute lol. Have fun with it. Please wear safety glasses! Blessings to you and your family
Jes, I have one of those not that brand but I love mine too! You need a fire pit around there on your property so you can make use of the branches you are cutting. I can't wait to watch your movies of claning the new area you want to clear this new spring!.
Love the chain saw. It looked like it worked great also line that it’s pink. Next time u use it tie your hair back please, I was so worried about it falling & getting caught in the saw. Just call me a worrier I guess. Lol but always safety first. Love you & your movies.
Sweet chainsaw, those are one of my favorite yard tools. They have a really good sale right now, nice they sent it out during the sale. You'll be planting that secret garden before ya know it. There's nothing more fun than a youngster going silly.
I bought a mini chainsaw made by Milwaukee last summer & my first response was just like yours the first time I used it! Lol (don’t forget the oil…very important for the chain to stay oiled.)
We used our mini chainsaw last week to clear brush also. We left a brush pile so that the birds can dive into it from the feeder if they feel threatened from the neighborhood hawk.

Cute saw! Just please be careful as chainsaws can be very dangerous regardless of the size. The manufacturer should have included a cover sleeve for the bar to be used when the saw is not being used. Protects the blade from damage and your hands from getting cut transporting the saw. Enjoyed seeing Max!

Jes I allways wanted a chainsaw bug a regular one is very scary to me .I’m a single mother I havd to bd very careful but thsg saw I totally could see myself using it ,ig would make my life around my property so much easier ,I do everything myself ,and usually I cut everything by hand which takes so long !!Max is absolutely adorable,so cute,lol !! I css as nt wait for tge dpring ti see all youf new projects😅
Great tool! Please be careful with your hand. I don’t think it’s safe to hold the log while u cut. Also u keep holding down the safety knob. Be careful!
