Yes you can use them for illustrations. 180 GSM or more will be best for using this brushpen for illustration.

Just wow! Bought and used these brush pens just today! Dapped the water brush pen on the tip of brush pen for a light green look for jokers face..because green for these was over saturated for direct application

Hi....i hv 12 colors of this set n i really liked d way u used it wid brush n water to dilute d color...its a good technique...thank u....due to high intensity of these colors i ws nt using it for my illustrations bt now wid dis technique i will definitely start using it...thank u again...god bless.

I yesterday went to stationary and asked for some markers. He gave me water brush markers 24 shades Camel brand . They have very unique colors and much needed skin color shades and grey shades and other colors also have shades. Thanks for your tutorial as I am totally new to these brush markers. It is a must have set for every designer.

No, don't dip the brush marker directly into water!
Rub the brush separately to allow some color collect on the pallate and then mix the color with water using paint brush..
Look carefully. I just rubbed the brush pen separately...
Don't apply too much force. The brush pens anyway has a good flow of color.

Hey you can try out on any paper you want for practice purposes but papers with good gsm above 300 will be best for final works!

You can choose Polychromos or prismacolors which are good for blending works.

I love how you illustrated these❤️badly needed this tutorial ..... I have the pens but not 24 shades, I have 12 shades.. So I was wondering how can I apply the light tones first? As I have only one green pen, not two light and deep shades of green☹️
Try Layering of colors.. Where you need dark tones, repeat your strokes. Use a thick GSM paper for this. Also you need to use a different medium like pencils to bring out the folds here

The 12 set pack have less color options but the techniques and usage is same.
Which pens we can use For outlines of different colours?
Fineliners in size 005 and 01 from any brand like Sakura, Staedtler, Brustro or Artline

Hi! I don't use Steadler markers.
I use Promarkers and Camlin ones.
But if I ever try this out, I will surely make a video.

Did this brushpen not bleed the paper....or the paper was billed proof?
Yes it did a bit. Keep extra rough sheets below your working page. Water color papers are suggested for brush pens.
Brush pen of which company is best for fashion illustration? I want to buy. Actually I prefer drawing materials of doms company. But here I can see camlin is also good with brush pen. So which one should I buy? Doms or Camplin?

Are such brush pens available for fabric ?
Fabric paint is different. You can use acrylic pens for that. This is water based pens
Can brush pens be visible on staedlar colors??
This Brush pen is mostly visible on all mediums as it's very opaque (except for similar color base)

the best papers for brush pens can be water color papers or bristol papers from Brustro

You will need a brush to mix and dilute the colors and apply it.
