Not only is this delicious as a drink/cocktail but it’s also good to macerate fruit with (especially strawberries) and replace the honey with in salad dressings 🔥😋

*350g sugar for every 500ml of elderflower tea 🫖 🌱
50-60 heads of elderflowers 🌼
Unrefined granulated or castor sugar
1 sliced orange 🍊
5 strips of lemon Peel and its juice 🍋
