Great stories; Excellent narration! 1st story - Now that is a great "origin" story! LOL!!! 2nd story - Humanity... always teaching aliens the meaning of FAFO!!!
Absolutely agree! Those origin stories are so compelling, and the humor in the second one really hits home. It's amazing how we blend creativity with those deeper themes. If you enjoy these kinds of narratives, check out some of my content where I dive into similar stories with a unique twist!
Moving swiftly through the starlight, cannons blazing as she came, brought a might stellar construct crashing down in sheets of flame! Sensing victory was nearly, thinking fortune must have smiled, people started cheering: Come on Thunder Child!
Greetings, Mentlgent! For the Rhyhtm that is Algo Story 1: Yeah, I figured out where this was going pretty early. Story 2: “Hard pressed on my right. My center is yielding. Impossible to maneuver. Situation excellent. I am attacking.” --General Ferdinand Foch
Love the first story from doggos' point of view. So hilarious. And the second story is a testament to the human willingness to sacrifice for the greater good. They knew what would happen if they let the enemy have access to that gate. More lives and worlds would be lost than would have been saved in the moment. Hopefully for the Ambassador's sake, they thread the needle well. But too late to back out now.
Absolutely! The doggos' perspective adds such a fun twist, and the sacrifice theme really hits hard. It’s amazing how stories can reveal so much about humanity. If you enjoyed this, check out my content where I dive into similar themes and unique viewpoints. There’s so much more to explore!

@ufoe mention something interesting. In Jeff Wayne’s Musical Version of “The War of the Worlds”, the protagonists lover escapes to sea by the valiant sacrifice of the iron clad Thunder child standing against three Martian assault machines.

I love dogs and still think that we don’t deserve them. We got lucky that they also decided that friendship was cool
"The invaders must have seen them,as across the coast they filed.
Standing there between them...
There lay Thunderchild!"
Moving swiftly through the starlight,
cannons blazing as she came,
brought a might stellar construct
crashing down in sheets of flame!
Sensing victory was nearly,
thinking fortune must have smiled,
people started cheering:
Come on Thunder Child!
I was hoping for the 2nd part of the doggo story :D
1. An alternate perspective on domestication.
2. Whether we live or die the other guy loses.
Loving the Thunderchild reference! Was one of the best audio pieces of War of the Worlds. I can still feel the defiance within the music
70 or so lil pieces later, this is still my favorite. Tks for adding ur flavour to it 👍
Reminds me of a similar story with the First Cat. Which was very good by the way.
I need that story.
You wouldn't have a link would you?
@@Conradwalker10 Can't remember the name, sadly. But it's here somewhere.
I've been looking for the one where the cat testifies on humanity's behalf. Was that the one?
@@OMARANT100 Yep.
@@Ibian666 Well, the good news is you didn't imagine it. The bad news is that you'll never find it!
I love Dogs more than the vast amount of people.
Bravo Sir Encore!
I turned it into a small anthology, to which I still add another entry every now 'n' then if you wanna chech out 😉
Marvelous portrayal, magnificent stories

Someone must have talked to my old pooch he always acted like he had some type of hidden knowledge
Story 1: And that is how it started.
Story 2: "Okay, I am going out of the system. But with a bang!"
It took me a while to realize it was wolves and Humans.
At first I thought it was humans and some kind of Aliens.
Well read as usual.
First story
We will love you so hard, your future generations will become pampered Habsburg mutants
Both where well read. Great pacing on the dogo story. (A hard read)
We need a similar cat story. For the DV, the all glory rythm, and Cold War Boomer Vaffen, who ever he is.

The dog story was great
For DA SKWERL and his Nest
Mutual protection. And tasty food.
For the Algorithm, for the Author(s), for the Disembodied Voice!
Based on the name of the ship in story 2 we know exactly what will happen to the “Thunderchild”
So who domesticated whom?
Ser Hapengi, have you ever heard of a suicide run? Or perhaps, taking the enemy with you?
Dogs make us better humans.
Story 1, kudos to the author, took a while to click.
Story 2, B5 fans be like "Bonehead maneuver?"
Goodbois.
Green things from Tennessee
Its too bad in the last story the alien has no reference for the Quote!
I believe the material world is a place where living Spirits learn to become gods.
I believe dogs are here to show us what "perfect worshipers" are.
This is an interesting concept. Mind if I steal it?
For the algorithm
