    過節煮乜好,睇呀好就知道
    薑蔥蠔煲
    材料:
    生蠔2桶
    薑、蔥大量
    處理:
    1. 生蠔,放碗內,加入生粉1湯匙,撈勻,去污漬,洗淨,擎乾水。
    2. 預備芡汁:
    a. 蠔油2湯匙
    b. 生粉半茶匙
    c. 糖1茶匙
    3. 大火煲滾水半升,倒入蠔內,拖水30秒,擎乾水。
    4. 蔥,切去兩端,清水洗淨。
    薑,去皮,洗淨。
    蔥,切段。
    薑,切薄片。
    烹調:
    1. 大火在鑊中燒熱油1湯匙。
    2. 爆香薑蔥。
    3. 另一邊,預備好煲仔。
    4. 蠔,用廚紙索乾,加入生粉1茶匙,撈勻。
    5. 薑、蔥已炒透,推向鑊邊,加入油1湯匙,轉大火,放蠔落鑊,炒勻。
    6. 加入芡汁,炒至收汁,熄火。
    7. 薑、蔥,先放在煲仔內,其餘材料倒入煲仔內,開大火至完全滾起。
    8. 完成,可享用。
    Oysters claypot
    Ingredients:
    Oysters 2 buckets
    Ginger, green onion a lot
    Preparation:
    1. Oysters, put in a bowl, mix well with tapioca starch 1 tbsp to remove dirts on them. Rinse thoroughly and hang dry.
    2. Prepare sauce:
    a. Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
    b. Tapioca starch 0.5 tsp
    c. Sugar 1 tsp
    3. Heat up 0.5L water at high flame in pot. Put oysters. Soak for 30 seconds. Hang dry.
    4. Green onion, cut both ends. Rinse with tap water.
    Ginger, get it peeled. Rinse thoroughly.
    Green onion, cut in lengths.
    Ginger, thinly slice.
    Steps:
    1. Heat up oil 1 tbsp at high flame in wok.
    2. Fry ginger and green onion well.
    3. Prepate a claypot on the other side.
    4. Oysters, dry with kitchen towels. Mix well with tapioca starch 1 tsp.
    5. Ginger and green onion have been fried well. Push to the edge of wok. Add oil 1 tbsp. Turn to high high flame. Put oysters in wok. Fry well.
    6. Put the sauce, fry until it becomes thick. Turn off fire.
    7. Ginger and green onion, put in the pot first. Pour all the ingredients in the pot. Turn to high flame until it boils up.
    8. Complete. Serve.
