A therapist is trained to help you work through your trauma and issues and offer you ways to heal properly.

Therapy is a good thing because your able to discuss traumas and issues that you may not feel comfortable discussing with family and friends. A therapist is trained to help you work through your trauma and issues and offer you ways to heal properly.
