Absolutely Beautiful playing, sooooo smooth & expressive, this is a GREAT take/lesson on a GREAT classic, one of my all time favorites, you're AWESOME Kerry 2 Smooth! Be safe Rock On & God Bless!!!
You cant say Transition! You will upset the kids! Great lesson. I play a lot of metal and rock but i love having an hour or two just chilling out with more mellow stuff too. And its a great tune.
Brooo!!! I love the way you teach!! You definitely encourage me to keep going. That look on your face though when you show us where the aha moment is is priceless lol!! I am presently doing the guitar mastery and the beginner series and i watch them and practice over and over and soon as I feel like I got it down I'm going to your big boy program and man I can't wait ! Much appreciation Kerry these courses are much needed!!
I'm glad I found your channel. I'm Puerto Rican, have always loved listening to R&B, been playing guitar for over 20 years, never tried learning any R&B on guitar, want to go in that direction, and (at the risk of pissing some people off) will be damned before a let a white guy on YT show me how it's done! I started looking up videos on how to play soul and kept getting white guys. I was like, damn, ain't there any black people here teaching folks? LOL! I mean, if you wanted to learn how to make the food us Puerto Ricans are known for, wouldn't you want a Puerto Rican to teach you? I'm just sayin.........glad to have found your channel.
Kerry, you are so good! Following, cos I think I'll learn some cool new chord inversions, but with song context. Without context, they are just another chord chart.
Hey ive been trying to find your courses on the number system yet I cant seem to find them when i look on your page is it one of the links in the description?
Great lesson thank you. Are you using flatwound strings? I ask because I have a PRSE Hollow body (same finish as yours, great minds think alike), and have been thinking about trying them out.
The tone is in the fingers. I have an old (cheap) Japanese Les Paul copy which sounds like that. My mother bought it for me when I was 14. I got lucky. I still use it today when I want that Blues/Jazz tone.
So I'm watching this, thinking "this is definitely for people who know what the f they are doing, not for me" when I hear, "And if you can do hammer-ons", and I'm like, "Yeah, I can do hammer-ons", and then I watch him and it's like, "Well, I can't do hammer-ons like that".
If you're looking for more help with your playing, I encourage you to check out Kerry's Kamp. www.kerryskamp.com/

You gotta do a Blues series
I am going to copy some of your moves my brother. Smooth.
Damn I been playing the guitar for two years now and watching your videos…
I don’t think I’m a beginner yet 😂
Right lol
hahaha.. facts!
Kerry's Kamp will get you straight! More hands on teaching!
I think you need to change your name. You are exactly the right amount of smooth... Superior tone and playing.
Excuse my language, DAMN, you R 👍 with this song.
Do you have the tab available anywhere Kerry? Thanks.
Hey ive been trying to find your courses on the number system yet I cant seem to find them when i look on your page is it one of the links in the description?
I’m finding it difficult to do hammer on’s with my small finger. How to develop finger strength in that finger?
Great lesson thank you. Are you using flatwound strings? I ask because I have a PRSE Hollow body (same finish as yours, great minds think alike), and have been thinking about trying them out.
Can you do a lesson on a new song by Shafiq Husayn and Anderson.Paak called “Crush You”. It would be greatly appreciated!
Great lesson as usual!
Damn your tone sounds Great man! What PRS is that, a McCarty? Great lesson as per usual brother 🙏😄✋

Hey Kerry! Sorry I haven't been in touch for so long my life has been flipped upside down.
Why does my guitar sound sooo much better when you play it? LOL.....
For beginners???? 😂😂😂
very very nice..much appreciate you investing in making us all better players.....and people.
