Air Fryer Steak (Medium)

This is my first attempt at recording myself cooking and speaking at the same time - so please forgive me for some of my hesitations and slow speaking! (I think it's better if you change your settings to make it go faster - or maybe it's just because don't like the sound of my own voice?!)
Anyway, down to the recipe :)
Today I made some steak in my Philips Air Fryer. I'm a medium, edging on rare, kind of a steak eater.
I cooked this for 12 minutes, and it turned out just perfect for me; super juicy on the inside, and still a little bit red.
How long you cook it for will really depend on a) the thickness of your steak b) your own preferences!
But the great thing about an air fryer is you can quickly open up the basket to check on it without ruining the cook time.
Confession: I was only meant to eat one of these steaks but as it was just me home alone, I kind of ate both...it was that good. Oops.
