اَللّٰهُ لَآ إِلٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ الْحَىُّ الْقَيُّوْمُ ، لَا تَأْخُذُهُۥ سِنَةٌ وَّلَا نَوْمٌ ، لَهُۥ مَا فِى السَّمٰـوٰتِ وَمَا فِى الْأَرْضِ ، مَنْ ذَا الَّذِىْ يَشْفَعُ عِنْدَهُۥ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِۦ ، يَعْلَمُ مَا بَيْنَ أَيْدِيْهِمْ وَمَا خَلْفَهُمْ ، وَلَا يُحِيْطُوْنَ بِشَىْءٍ مِّنْ عِلْمِهِٓ إِلَّا بِمَا شَآءَ ، وَسِعَ كُرْسِيُّهُ السَّمٰـوٰتِ وَالْأَرْضَ، وَلَا يَئُوْدُهُۥ حِفْظُهُمَا ، وَهُوَ الْعَلِىُّ الْعَظِيْمُ.
Aʿūdhu bi-llāhi mina-sh-Shayṭāni-r-rajīm.
Allāhu lā ilāha illā Huwa-l-Ḥayyu-l-Qayyūm, lā ta’khudhuhū sinatuw-wa lā nawm, lahū mā fi-s-samāwāti wa mā fi-l-arḍ, man dhā-lladhī yashfaʿu ʿindahū illā bi-idhnih, yaʿlamu mā bayna aydīhim wa mā khalfahum, wa lā yuḥīṭūna bi-shay’im-min ʿilmihī illā bi-mā shā’, wasiʿa kursiyyuhu-s-samāwāti wa-l-arḍ, wa lā ya’ūduhū ḥifẓuhumā, wa Huwa-l-ʿAlliyu-l-ʿAẓīm.
I seek the protection of Allah from the rejected Shayṭān.
Allah, there is no god worthy of worship but He, the Ever Living, The Sustainer of all. Neither drowsiness overtakes Him nor sleep. To Him Alone belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. Who is it that can intercede with Him except with His permission? He knows what is before them and what will be after them, and they encompass not a thing of His knowledge except for what He wills. His Kursī extends over the heavens and the earth, and their preservation does not tire Him. And He is the Most High, the Magnificent. (2:255)
عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ أُبَيِّ بْنِ كَعْبٍ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ أُبَيِّ بْنِ كَعْبٍ رضي الله عنه، أَنَّهُ كَانَ لَهُ جَرِينُ تَمْرٍ فَكَانَ يَجِدُهُ يَنْقُصُ فَحَرَسَهُ لَيْلَةً، فَإِذَا هُوَ بِمِثْلِ الْغُلَامِ الْمُحْتَلِمِ فَسَلَّمَ عَلَيْهِ فَرَدَّ عليه السلام، فَقَالَ: أَجِنِّيٌّ، أَمْ إِنْسِيٌّ؟ فَقَالَ: بَلْ جِنِّيٌّ، فَقَالَ: أَرِنِي يَدَكَ فَأَرَاهُ، فَإِذَا يَدُ كَلْبٍ وَشَعْرُ كَلْبٍ، فَقَالَ: هَكَذَا خَلْقُ الْجِنِّ، فَقَالَ: لَقَدْ عَلِمَتِ الْجِنُّ إِنَّهُ لَيْسَ فِيهِمْ رَجُلٌ أَشَدُّ مِنِّي، قَالَ: مَا جَاءَ بِكَ، قَالَ: أُنْبِئْنَا أَنَّكَ تُحِبُّ الصَّدَقَةَ فَجِئْنَا نُصِيبُ مِنْ طَعَامِكَ، قَالَ: مَا يُجِيرُنَا مِنْكُمْ؟ قَالَ: تَقْرَأُ آيَةَ الْكُرْسِيِّ مِنْ سُورَةِ الْبَقَرَةِ {اللَّهُ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ الْحَيُّ الْقَيُّومُ} [البقرة: 255] قَالَ: نَعَمْ، قَالَ: إِذَا قَرَأْتَهَا غُدْوَةً أُجِرْتَ مِنَّا حَتَّى تُمْسِيَ، وَإِذَا قَرَأْتَهَا حِينَ تُمْسِي أُجِرْتَ مِنَّا حَتَّى تُصْبِحَ، قَالَ أُبَيٌّ فَغَدَوْتُ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَأَخْبَرْتُهُ بِذَلِكَ، فَقَالَ: صَدَقَ الْخَبِيثُ.
(المستدرك على الصحيحين للحاكم ٢٠٦٤)
Ubayy b. Kaʿb (raḍiy Allāhu ʿanhu) reported that he had a vessel in which he kept dates. He found that its quantity was decreasing. So he kept guard on it one night and saw a creature that resembled an adolescent boy. Ubayy greeted him and he returned his greeting. Ubayy then asked him, “What are you, a jinnī or a human?” He replied, “A jinnī.” So he said to him, “Show me your hand.” So he showed him his hand, and it looked like a dog’s paw with dog’s fur. He said, “This is how the jinn are created. The jinn know that there is no one amongst them who is stronger than me.”
Ubayy asked him, “What caused you to do what you did?” He replied, “We heard that you are a man who loves charity, and we came to take our share from your food.’” Ubayy asked him, “What will protect us from you?” He replied, “Reciting Āyah al-Kursī from Sūrah al-Baqarah [i.e. the verse above]. If you recite it in the morning, you will be protected from us till the evening. And if you recite it in the evening, you will be protected from us till the morning.”
Ubayy said: “The following morning, I went to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and told him about what had happened. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, “The evil one spoke the truth.” (Ḥākim 2064)

There was one that attacked me before and I heard their voice screaming and hooves running towards me at night, but once they grabbed my leg, it felt like they let go or couldn't keep holding onto my feet. It was so fast and inhuman. I did a Ruqiya afterwards and just right before the experience, a dead rat was found above the ceiling and it smelt really bad and rotten. The experiences were crazy. May Allah SWT protect us.

I know you are speaking from past experiences but your description matches with the Quran. Allah describes few types of jinns in the Quran, The shape shifters, That whisperers and the ifrits, there are also those that fly.
I want to share a story of mine. I went to visit my countryside I was going going beneath a tree beside bamboo bush and a lake and felt a chill. I felt my shoulders getting heavier. Later I found out from my cousin that it was a hotspot and many people have experienced similar things.

Recite Ayatul Kursi and pray asking for Allah swt forgiveness for watching such a thing. DO NOT LOSE HOPE after you pray the tawbah/ asking for forgiveness 2 rakaat then you start doing things to better yourself. Exercise go to the gym or if no money to buy a gym membership start doing calisthenics so do push ups, sit ups, squats at home and aim to do a lot of them every single day after Fajr or in evening time.
You will start becoming stronger from exercise and then pray your 5 daily prayers, then brother try to reduce the amount you will watch so for example if you usually watch it 2 or 5 times a day slowly lower it so let's say on Monday you try your best to not watch but if you fail watch it once that day then Tuesday you might be strong and not watch it but then Wednesday you might fall back into the sin If you do then watch it only 1 time and always repent after. You will get used to watching it only once every few days then after a month or two you will be watching it maybe once every 2 weeks or once a month by then brother it is no longer an addiction and you have gained control over it fully.
Once you reach the point you only watch it once a month whilst still also praying 5 times and exercise or gym everyday you will have more respect and mental strength and you will get to the point where you are no longer addicted by then you will even study more and your grades will increase.
By then you will reach the point where you no longer watch and all of the Prayer daily and gym and studying will start giving you success in life and you will even be good looking and better mental and spiritual health you will be able to soon attract a Wife and be married in Sha Allah and then you can have the real intercourse and have children and never have to watch nasty things. NEVER LOSE HOPE and you must start from now brother take action to all the advice I gave. Gym or home exercise, Study everyday, Pray 5 times a day and also 2 rakaat tawbah/forgiveness and then by a month or 2 you will be healthier and better bro and stronger you won't fall for such sins.
Do meditation or muraqba

This one time, i was at my lowest point. I was unemployed & depressed. I was full of rage at that moment which to the point i had to hold knife while staring blankly in my backyard at night bc i had urges to stab ppl at that time. I wasn't possessed but that was definitely off. I thought my rage was influenced by jinn as well. The devil will go far away from him". [Abu Dawud, At-Tirmidhi and An- Nasa'i].
Abu Dawud reported it with this addition: "One devil will say to another: 'How can you deal with a man who has been guided, defended and protected?".

They’ve been blatantly talking to me for the last 4-5 years. I’ve been praying consistently for almost two months now and they have been making me worse. What do I do? It’s like they sabatoge every good thing I have going for me just so they can stay around or in me. I don’t do anything occult or witchcraft or sorcery either. I literally don’t know what to do except recite the last three chapters of the Quran and pray.

Interesting video, though i think its worth mentioning that we shouldnt let fear of jinn stop us from helping animals, as there is reward in helping the creatures Allah swt created, even if it's a black dog.
