    I don't have this kind of problem but it was good to know that you are thinking about others with a similar problem to yourself.

    I've had bad shoulder tendonitis for a long time now. Haven't heard about this, I'm definitely willing to give it a try.
    Btw, you still using Rick's Bullseye Golf Strip? I picked one up after one of your vids, been enjoying it a lot. Just curious if that has still worked okay with your aches and pains longer term

      Yep. I’m using the 3d one and it hasn’t caused any cases, and as I said in the video, this was the result of lifting, which was very frustrating to say the least! Anyway, the 3d is my favorite surface and that hasn’t changed. Take care!!

    Is there some documentation for that peptide as to why it works and how much one should take? Are there any known side effects?

      I’m not sure what scientific studies exist, but if there are any than google should help find them. I’m afraid I’m not familiar with any study data or side effects data.

    I’ve used the Rolflex device with success for a nasty golfer’s elbow in both arms. Total game changer after I’ve tried nearly everything else; painkillers didn’t work for me. I work the muscles above & below the elbow and then work the triceps. Gets the blood flowing and the muscles to release.

      Very cool. I haven’t tried that. Thanks for sharing your experience, I’m sure someone else will benefit from it! Thanks!!

    Are the results lasting? Dealing with nasty tendinitis due to golfing.

      I’m probably going back on it again, as one month wasn’t enough to fix it completely. Gonna start a two month regimen of 500mcg daily at the end of the month. Hope this helps.

      @TheGolfNerd thank you! Wish it was cheaper but yeah...getting pretty desperate to try other options

      @@kylekaiz that’s where I was at as well. I’d you haven’t tried the other methods I covered, you might want to try those cheaper options first.

    Ok 1 thing you said I disagree with. You said if you are a golfer who has heavy or fat shots meaning solid contact with mat to go see a professional. Almost every professional golfer or scratch golfer hits the ball then goes heavy in the turf with all their wedges through say 7 iron so by trying to slide and scoop ball off mat you are learning wrong techniques

    • @TheGolfNerd
      @TheGolfNerd  9 месяцев назад

      I can see where you are coming from. I think if you look at the pattern of fat and heavy shots, the angle of attack is quite steep. Conversely, if you are striking ball then turf, your angle of attack should be fairly shallow. This is the distinction that I failed to make on the video. Thanks for calling the inconsistency out!! Interesting video. My dad has pretty bad tennis elbow from golfing, going to pass this along to him.
    Not expecting you to do the legwork on this, but I'd like to see some sort of scientific study backing up the claims. I generally like your work and think you're trustworthy. Not sure I believe much of anything Joe Rogan says, though.

      He has that effect on folks for sure. See this for one example of a scientific study, pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/21030672/
      plus as I mentioned check into Andrew Huberman’s thoughts on the therapeutic uses of BPC 157. Hope your dad finds some success, lord knows I wouldn’t wish this on anyone!!
