That helva drink is made of Fenugreek seeds they ground it mix it with water and probably some olive oil. It's not very commun to have around tunisia though. But it's good for the health. You're so welcome in tunisia guys. I hope that you have a nice time here ❤

i'm becoming kind of addicted to ur videos !! glad that u guys liked our country mate enjoyy ur trip and u should also try a proper home made couscous because we don't cook it the same in each region i think u only tried the sweet version, but there's a verion where we cook it with a tomato and hariisa sauce it's usually cooked with vegetables and meat also .
