Can't be too mad about the clutch thing. Some people just aren't great with standards and motorcycle clutches have wayyyyyy less throw than a car clutch setup. An extended clutch arm would help.

Slipping that mfer out of this world. He's better off giving it a few thousand rpms and jamming into gear than exploding the clutch/basket assembly and destroying the bottom end case

I drove a modified lite race car and am familiar with how a clutch feels like in something like that. It’s very difficult let alone that at least in my car it was operated using my right hand which was also the shifter. Not very easy to do. Just MAKE SURE not to end up spinning out and letting it roll backwards with the clutch not pulled in. A lot of 1000cc engines in the mod lite class would go through starters like crazy because of cars spinning out still in gear. Just a tip.
there's a learning curve involved. Nobody that has ran/built this kinda setup can possibly be this negligent, mechanically. It's simple, use the clutch like a toggle, on or off.

**oh and it'd be better to put a 1 tooth smaller front sprocket on it then putting a big ole Pizza cutter in the rear.... LoL But actually, depending on ground clearance, dropping a tooth up front is usually equal to about going up 3 teeth in the back, depending on the ratio of the front to rear sprockets of course.. but that's usually a close estimate anyway.. But to be clear, gearing doesn't seem to have ANYTHING to do with this poor rookies ability to drive that thing.. he's just fully and totally inexperienced from the looks of it
