I loved the Style Coucil. Usual vocalist Paul Weller has an awesome body of work in all of his various bands and his solo projects .
Everytime I listen to this song... ah I uh travel back in time, tears are trying to came out of my eyes but I know it's not actually a sad song. Sometimes, I want to feel sad for me to know that I'm still human even I'm older, well.. I'm listening to this song since '85, and it's '24, here I am, I'm still here. This is the best nostalgia that I am experiencing when I listen to this song. I love all songs of Paul Weller. Thank you, Paul. Because of you, I have sweet (and sad) mem'ries that I want to savour until now.

Style Council leader Paul Weller is one of the finest musicians and songwriters of his generation. But he simply is not a very distinctive singer in my opinion and I'll bet that's why the band never made it big in America.
