Both players agreed this matchup is even. Fox combos ROB to oblivion, but ROB can edgeguard Fox to oblivion. Plus, both excell off of being in advantage so it really just depends on decision making and extensions from both ends.

But against light he basically ran into an older, cockier and more experienced version of himself. He basically caught the little brother syndrome and got beat up by his big brother 😂.
No, Light was just straight up better. And when you play well, sure, makes the other person look bad. Zomba is not truly great--just knows how to exploit ROB's gimmicks. Light has obviously been studying up, and you can't beat him with gimmicks anymore. Light is confident, not cocky. Big difference
As a Fox player Light's movement is so fucking elegant. Like whenever I'm watching him play the animations just click in a very satisfying way. You see the average Fox and he's just jittery but with him it just looks different.
Zomba disagrees and that’s with plentiful matchup experience as best ROB Vs the best fox. He thinks it’s slightly ROB favored but it is very volatile regardless. Fun to watch
