    That stock trade game 4 was insane, Light really wanted that runback win from the invitational

    I can't believe I never noticed this, but when characters shield parry, there's a little star that appears over their right eye? Insane.

    Shadic put up an excellent first game, but Light remembered he was playing Fox, a choose to lose character. Then he simply chose not to lose.

      Late to this but yeah.
      It gets even funnier when you realize he lost to *Big D* at this same tournament, which is historically inaccurate.

    Glad Light adapted from his last match against Shadic, I saw him play a little more of a patient game rather than holding in all the time and falling into Shadics traps

    They are 2 odñf the top 3 US players, they are amazing
    Incredible set, it was define by who had the momentum at the end of the matches

    That one mistake from Shadic to try and close out the stock in game 4 was the key factor. Good set.

      Nah fam! Did you not see the town and city game?! This man got the 30 and a handshake treatment, not to mention starting it out with a high paced 0 to death. It was those run up grabs putting in the work

    I dont think i understand why this is a bad matchup for corrin

    • @jaden577
      @jaden577 2 месяца назад +2

      I don’t necessarily think the matchup’s bad, probably closer to even. However, the main argument I could see is simply the speed. On small stages like smashville corrin gets zero room to breathe. That and parrying is really good against corrin especially with fox frame data.
      Those are the two main arguments I could think of, don’t know if I’m missing anything else.

    Popping off outside of top 8 is overrated and kinda cringe. But great job to Light ,was rooting for bro anyway lol

    • @Cha0s808
      @Cha0s808 2 месяца назад +10

      I would typically agree with you, but there is some history between them. These two have met in bracket before and I want to say Light lost the last time they played…possibly got bodied. So it’s fair, plus it was just a tiny pop off 😂

    • @RamikinHorde
      @RamikinHorde 2 месяца назад +2

      Maybe in a game with a smaller talent pool lol. In ultimate you can easily run into a "could have been grands" matchup before top 8. Popping off against nobodies is lame, popping off against *shadic* is fine, regardless of where on bracket it happens
