I think she has a meth problem I'm a recovering drug addict and the love of my life is a drug addict he is still using I think the cats were there to cover up the meth smell. Because I'm usually mess smells like cat piss especially the garage smelling like cat piss makes me think yeah these people are meth Cooks or they have a very very bad meth problem just the way the house is tells me that they are

To the tenant who did this when given the chance to live in a lovely home, shame on you. You are the reason so many of us are homeless. Tenants are treated like trash because many are. Many other tenants, like me, are good, but I have little chance of nice, clean homes because of the filth of previous tenants. Thanks for nothing. But what goes around comes around, and karma will get you. It is just a matter of time. From Australia, where homelessness is a huge problem, too. Sorry to the owners because of what this person has done. Please, dont judge all tenants by this one. I wish you the best moving on.

Mental health is usually a big issue with people who live in filth.

I don’t know 100% what you’re going through, but I feel for you when you said you do nice things for good people that don’t deserve it. I recently transferred cross country for a job out of my own pocket that was supposed to be me helping them get their store up and more organized. They wrongfully terminated me within a week and a half of work all because the store manager didn’t like my constructive criticism. I’ve worked for that company for 2 years. I worked in 2 stores, both were franchises and both completely different atmospheres. I was given no reason for my termination AND was recorded being fired by said store manager on his phone. Both of those are illegal in the state of PA (which is where I worked). Now, I feel so hurt. Just thrown away for no reason with no explanation. 😔

This is ridiculous I live in an rv I have 4 kids and my husband and I all live in my tiny rv and everyone who come over always asks how I manage to keep it clean… I don’t see how people live in a WHOLE ASS HOUSE and keep it looking a mess I understand depression and mental illnesses and I know what it’s like to not want to get up and do your duties as a mother and wife but lord I just don’t get how some people allow their children live in such messy conditions we are in the process of building our dream home and one thing I’ll always do is keep it clean!
I'm sorry you had to go through this! I had a friend go through the same thing and all of the money they earned with the rent they were able to get all had to go into fixing the damaged house. It makes me wonder if you will ever rent out your home again or be a landlord again, because it seems like such a big risk, and the renters seem to have more rights. What is worse is there doesn't seem to be much repercussions or consequences for the people that do the damage. Would you ever be a landlord again after something like this? I'm not sure I would be able to stomach it.😬

Man, I know what you're going through except it's my boyfriend's mom's house that caught on fire.. trying to help salvage stuff and let her pick out what she wants to keep. At least not all the photographs got burned up , but there's so much freaking water damage and the fire melted a lot of stuff as well.

Yea this isn’t his first trashing and it won’t be his last. Taking off the covers of the detectors is crazy and clearly an FU finisher. I think the moment he got the first notice he said f it and did a full number… there needs to be a database for evicted people so when their background check is up it’s a huge detection for owners to say hell no.
