Track is a metaphor for maintaining one's identity and not allowing it to be stolen. It tells the story of a person in turmoil, screaming out in desperation and attempting to not drown in their struggles. The chorus emphasizes the need to maintain a "gold" or valuable personal identity, and to not let anyone take it away. The song is a reminder to stay true to oneself and protect one's own values, even when faced with difficult and challenging times.

This video is a reminder of how great packed gigs were. And will be again.

Checking this band out for the first time. I can see myself liking this. I like the guitar solos and vocal harmonies.
