hmmm thinking on the vases you covered.. wonder if you could do similar with a small hardback book.. opened.. would look good i reckon :) .. also the knotted clay looks really effective.. thanks for the video :)
These all turned out so nice. I love the vases. The added texture was really cool. Your little square tiles are gorgeous! I love the knotted piece too. How fun to try something new! 🤗🥰
These look so great Alli! I have so much clay to use up you have inspired me. I particularly love the look of those first two vases the whimsical look you gave them! Well done!
You absolutely could do that! I was mimicking the look of how actual ceramic tiles are unfinished on the back, but it would look even better to finish the entire piece!
Great job on all pieces. My favorite was the knot. I tried to make the knot. I could not get the clay to roll out, it was so challenging. How do you guys make it look so easy?
I mixed the gloss with the acrylic paint to make it a bit more translucent and go on sort of like a faux ceramic glaze. I'm sure just watering down acrylic paint would create a similar effect. Unless you mean when I added the clay dust, then I was trying to see if it would add texture, but it didn't!
Okay but the knot thought 🤍🤍 I tried it and it came out so good! I never would have thought to use black pepper!
That's awesome!!! It's still one of my favorite clay pieces I've ever made
Blue vase and 3 botanical tiles are lovely.
This was an awesome tutorial! I especially like the knot rope. Usually pepper to add a nice little detail is such a genius idea!
My fave is the knot!! I'm gonna make 2, a big and a little! 💙👍
I have only 3 words to describe these projects.... excellent excellent excellent. Defitinetly going to try the wall hanging and the knot soon. 👌👌

Alli...these are amazing!!! I just bought some clay and I'm dying to play with it too!!
I like your ideas and they all turned out so nice. I think I would have finished the back of the tiles you made

These are amazing. I have tons of empty wall space, so I'll definitely try the wall hanging.
Brilliant!

Sei un tesoro...come un cucciolo da coccolare 🤗✨
Awesome
Why not paint the vases with baking soda and chalk paint for texture.
Did you also mix in paint with the dirt and water before applying it?
why the sculpty mix paint
?

Why cover glass vases?
All but the clay knot the rest looks very sloppy!
Habla mucho!!!!!
