    I can't lay with my legs straight. Is that a problem I have one straight and one bent as my back has curvehyperlordosis

      Cathy, I am so sorry about the delay in responding to you about this! I though I had written back to you. My apologies. If you are hyperlordotic, you might want to put a cushion, or folded blanket under your knees OR rest your feet on a chair or couch so that there is more ease in your low back. It's not that you want to "fix" your lordosis, it's that you want to allow for ease of mobility of the low back and hips over time. It is a slow and steady wins the race situation.       @@Movewellness thanks I've had it for most of my life but is now quite bad. I did Pilates for a while and had a teacher adapt some movement to bent legs. It got a bit better but I never could have straight legs
