I also have the same one, but with battery issue.
What I did ?
I opened it, took out the battery replaced it with a 2000 mAh battery from an old feature phone, soldered the terminals, fixed it outside at the back of the receiver with glue gun.
All set.
I charge it & forget.
Three and a half hour charging time
Playback time not less than 4 days.
I use it with my Sony headphones.

Hi. I have one I use it as an bluetooth receiver. I connected it to the input on my goldwing. Now I can listen to my ipod while I'm riding. I love it.

This version is really cool because it can go in the speakers or in your mp3 player and most are one or the other also this looks like the perfect shape to fit where the phone would go on my speaker so I can make the Bluetooth and not have to charge this thing yay
Your latency test was a distance test, not a latency test. To test latency, watch the video on youtube and see if the audio syncs with the video.

Yes, that's the way to check latency - if the audio sync with the video...
No, because software adjust for Bluetooth latency. But try playing a game, then you'll notice the Bluetooth latency when you click something and the game reacts but the sound is a little late.
He was testing if both speakers played at the same rate or if they were out of sync (IE: Latency) about 1 minute before he did the botched "latency" test, lol.. This guy needs to download more ram asap..

And that's what the dual ended aux jack is for, your car, plug it in to the little device and the aux in the car, and it stays there
I was doing that 10 years a go, Nokia headset adapter that come with the phone and was much smaller and you can clip to your shirt, still got it
To let you know that a longer input plug will help to make the Bluetooth range a little bit longer please test it three feet +.

Hi I hope this question has been asked yet I tried to look but didn't have much time to finish reading them all. My question is I have the Etekcity Transmitter device and I'm trying to set up my echo Dot to have more than one speaker via Bluetooth and for some reason I can't seem to get them both working at the same time I watched your video several times(which I have to admit was very good ) but for the life of me I cannot figure out how you did that could you going to get a little more detail of how you paired the second speaker? Any idea if the CSR BC8670 can sink from a2dp, or record from the hands-free-profile/RFCOMM? I’m looking for something that can record audio from a2dp & hfp/hs profiles.
I also need to send data (preferably via the fast ftp profile 2.1Mbps).. but unfortunately, that profile doesn’t seem to be implemented in all classic 2.1 chipsets (edr/hs).

Put it on a raspberry pi and install osmc and put on a wireless power supply.
Add a little screen and carry it about in your pocket or bag then listen to songs or RUclips after connecting it wirelessly to to a speaker or headphones.

I have something like this - the mpow variety though. One is in my 11 y/o car to make it bluetooth compatible, and the other is for my phone bc while dbrand grip has an adaptor, it doesn't work after a few weeks (though in their defense I am not very gentle with my electronics)

Can I connect the audio from a Garmin satnav to this unit and transmit the audio to my motorcycle helmet? So all these are fine and good I guess... But how is the sound quality compared to only cable? Very few Bluetooth transceivers can output a decent audio signal. (Of course all the AptX ones should do so, but there are some non AptX one that can deliver)

I have something similar well it’s practically the same thing but it’s by Aluratek. My main issue is the connection; example...
When I’m out and I’m walking and I have my iPod in my hand and when it sways back and forth I notice that the music starts cutting up. Same thing when it’s in my pocket and the only way for the cutting to stop is I have to have it damn near be holding it in my hand like a idiot so it doesn’t cut the connection... or interrupt I should say.
And I call BS because it “SAID” 33ft. Range, but it seems like that’s not the case. The slightest thing that blocks the T/R from the Bluetooth headset, the music starts cutting up.
Plus also the sound quality lowers noticeably when using it, compared to if I used a 3.5mm cord.
So all I wanna know is there a good Bluetooth T/R that has good stable connection and good sound quality?

Here let me fix your words, 33 feet is extreme just for making almost anything audio related, Bluetooth compatible. So that’s most likely meant for something else that needs the distance.
Could you buy 2 and have one receive and one transmit and plug your wired headphones into the receiver one and plug the transmitter into a tv or pc that doesn't have a bluetooth card or bluetooth in the motherboard and connected them

I just ordered two of these devices. I intend to use them for outdoor movie nights to connect DJ party speakers to the projector. I also intend to use them on Halloween for hollusion effects, and set up different Bluetooth speakers for 6 different projectors. Great gadget...but I am on a lookout of something else:
I would like to connect my BT headphones ( drDre wireless, Bose qc35 etc) to tv, stereo and similar...this would not work due to there is no way to choose on the adapter which unit (headphones) to connect to connect to...it would be even better if there was a small display to choose what BT connection to connect to.

so with all these you have to use a smart phone. In other words you cant take a walkman ( 1980's ) and bluetooth earphones from Ebay 2019 and make them both work wireless. How do you select the bluetooth earbuds with a stand alone bluetooth transmitter?
I connected it in TX mode and paired it with a set of Bluetooth headsets. The sound quality was good but the volume SUCKED. I tried to adjust the volume up and down with no change.
