Unbox Junkie there is in my opinion a better option you should do an update on, by the company maceton. It's much smaller, and I use it on my beats. You should check it out, and maybe make a video:)
I also have the same one, but with battery issue. What I did ? I opened it, took out the battery replaced it with a 2000 mAh battery from an old feature phone, soldered the terminals, fixed it outside at the back of the receiver with glue gun. All set. I charge it & forget. Three and a half hour charging time Playback time not less than 4 days. I use it with my Sony headphones. 💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥
No, because software adjust for Bluetooth latency. But try playing a game, then you'll notice the Bluetooth latency when you click something and the game reacts but the sound is a little late.
He was testing if both speakers played at the same rate or if they were out of sync (IE: Latency) about 1 minute before he did the botched "latency" test, lol.. This guy needs to download more ram asap..
Hi I hope this question has been asked yet I tried to look but didn't have much time to finish reading them all. My question is I have the Etekcity Transmitter device and I'm trying to set up my echo Dot to have more than one speaker via Bluetooth and for some reason I can't seem to get them both working at the same time I watched your video several times(which I have to admit was very good ) but for the life of me I cannot figure out how you did that could you going to get a little more detail of how you paired the second speaker? Thanks a lot look forward to your answer.
I got a bluetooth adapter with my new Sony phone 4 years ago. I've never used it for my phone. I connected it through the aux on my 24 year old stack system and bluetooth music from my phone to it.
So all these are fine and good I guess... But how is the sound quality compared to only cable? Very few Bluetooth transceivers can output a decent audio signal. (Of course all the AptX ones should do so, but there are some non AptX one that can deliver)
The latency is due to the circuitry, not the distance. The signal travels at the speed of light, so 3 feet or 30 won't make any noticeable difference. Any lag is because the unit isn't equiped with aptX Low Latency (LL) circuitry. This unit is the same as the Avantree, Trond and several others "brands." The Avantree, for example, is only LL in Tx mode. In Rx mode the circuit is laggy enough to be noticeable. For lagless (LL) transmission, the receiving unit must be aptX LL equiped as well. Even if the Tx unit is aptX LL equiped, if the paired R-ing unit isn't, there will be noticeable lag. This unit is probably better at Tx-ing with
Fools above. People are getting offended so easily these days. @Rik: have a look at devices with aptx HD. Qualcomm is on the right way here! The only thing that drives me nuts is the lack of phones/tablets, supporting this technology. On the tablet side the Huawei Mediapad M5 is one of the only solutions. (Apple is ignoring the aptx standard completely).
1:15 Here let me fix your words, 33 feet is extreme just for making almost anything audio related, Bluetooth compatible. So that’s most likely meant for something else that needs the distance.
These devices are often marketed with many brand names at the same time... often with wildly varying prices! Look for "Bluetooth RX/TX dongle" pick a brand/price you like.
If you are watching any videos like a movie or RUclips is there any lagging on sound? Currently my car lags about4-5 seconds when I watch a video thanks
This version is really cool because it can go in the speakers or in your mp3 player and most are one or the other also this looks like the perfect shape to fit where the phone would go on my speaker so I can make the Bluetooth and not have to charge this thing yay
Yes you can. There is no problem leaving this plugged in, it only charges when needed. It cannot over charge. Use the adapter from a phone; they are usually well made. Some very cheap adapters may create a buzzing sound, you'll want to avoid those.
How much and how can distance be increased to 200 feet? And you have confused the term latency: it should be range. Latency is lag, which is only noticeable if video is being utilized, you probably couldn't notice audio lag unless you are trying to synch multiple tracks in a recording or mixing context.
so with all these you have to use a smart phone. In other words you cant take a walkman ( 1980's ) and bluetooth earphones from Ebay 2019 and make them both work wireless. How do you select the bluetooth earbuds with a stand alone bluetooth transmitter?
Yo Bro! You are a TOTAL NERD!! I Love you!! I thought I was bad the way I go on about SMT LEDs and ARDUINO this, Raspberry Pi that, but we tech-heads are sooooo passionate and we just want to share with the whole world!!!!
I mean I guess I'm a nerd then but ye BTW I have an idea for you: Put it on a raspberry pi and install osmc and put on a wireless power supply. Add a little screen and carry it about in your pocket or bag then listen to songs or RUclips after connecting it wirelessly to to a speaker or headphones. Just a little idea
Latency does not mean what you think it means... It has nothing to do with how far you can walk away. That would be the range. ;-) It is the very short delay between the time the signal is produced by the source and the time it is reproduced by the Bluetooth device. This is ONLY a serious problem if you use it for the sound of something with a visual component, like a movie. And besides, the extend of the effect is almost gone now with newer versions of Bluetooth -- perfectly negligible on Bluetooth 4.1, as used here.
Any idea if the CSR BC8670 can sink from a2dp, or record from the hands-free-profile/RFCOMM? I’m looking for something that can record audio from a2dp & hfp/hs profiles. I also need to send data (preferably via the fast ftp profile 2.1Mbps).. but unfortunately, that profile doesn’t seem to be implemented in all classic 2.1 chipsets (edr/hs). Any thoughts on the Beken BK3266?
Hi thanks for your video,I have sony home theater and projector and both have no facilities of Bluetooth ,now if if I want to play movie audio in my sony home theater without wire less then which way I can connect Please explain me Thanks

Hi, I want to live stream using my android phone. Am I able to connect a mixer with my lavalier microphone and transmit the signal to my cellphone so that while streaming I am able to use the lavalier microphone instead of the onboard microphone of the camera?
Could you buy 2 and have one receive and one transmit and plug your wired headphones into the receiver one and plug the transmitter into a tv or pc that doesn't have a bluetooth card or bluetooth in the motherboard and connected them
Hey Matt. Been looking to make my logitech speakers wireless for a while now! Does this decrease the sound quality and will it work with the subwoofer? (It's only a small subwoofer)
Yeah but his feet accuracy is not pretty good either. Look at 2:26 , he will hold the USB cable in his hands and said it mesure 1 foot (30cm). Its more like 2 feet (60cm) for me. Really practical gadget and good vid !!
Ooops, you opened a can of worms. *some* people get very argumentative as to what system is superior. I say go study physics but keep using inches, feet and yards! (The speed of light is 9.836E+8 feet per second and the volume of a cube with one foot ribs is 7.48 galons)

I have a TV (non smart) that does not have bluetooth and I want to use my JBL charge 3 to transmit the audio, I`m using it via auxiliary 3.5 cable but this way I cant adjust the volume remotely, is there a device that I can use that allows me to control the volume remotely (smarthphone or with a remote control)?
I have something like this - the mpow variety though. One is in my 11 y/o car to make it bluetooth compatible, and the other is for my phone bc while dbrand grip has an adaptor, it doesn't work after a few weeks (though in their defense I am not very gentle with my electronics) Fidelity is fine, since I can use studio headphones. The audiophiles are probably screaming at me right now, but I don't care - I can't tell the difference so my personal use case is perfect
Hey my man thanks for the content what is the name and artist of that song that was playing when you connected your Bluetooth transmitter and phone to the small two speakers....I’m just so into that kind of music thanks a lot....going to look into the product too thanks!
Can I connect the audio from a Garmin satnav to this unit and transmit the audio to my motorcycle helmet? The Garmin has bluetooth but as it's for a car, it won't connect to my headset - finds it and then says it's incompatible. I confirmed with Garmin customer services. I wondered if I connected the speaker leads from the Garmin to this unit with a 3.5mm jack, would it work? There is a device which uses a mic stuck on the satnav case but I'd prefer to use the speaker leads if possible.
I just ordered two of these devices. I intend to use them for outdoor movie nights to connect DJ party speakers to the projector. I also intend to use them on Halloween for hollusion effects, and set up different Bluetooth speakers for 6 different projectors. I hope these work as well as yours because they are currently unavailable on Amazon via your link so I purchased two different brands none are Ecketicity

Unbox Junkie it can connect with two wireless speaker 😦

Check out the Remax RB-S3 Bluetooth Transmitter!! Its more compact and the sound output is fantastic too! :)

Honestly kinda disappointed to see such a obvious copy.
Your latency test was a distance test, not a latency test. To test latency, watch the video on youtube and see if the audio syncs with the video.
lol.
Yes, that's the way to check latency - if the audio sync with the video...

Thank you for bringing this device to my attention. It totally makes my non-bluetooth stereo system wireless.
To let you know that a longer input plug will help to make the Bluetooth range a little bit longer please test it three feet +.
Hi. I have one I use it as an bluetooth receiver. I connected it to the input on my goldwing. Now I can listen to my ipod while I'm riding. I love it.
That sounds like a great use for these. Thanks for sharing 👍
