    --------------------------
    Adrianne's story is one that many people with CFS can relate to. She was a Type-A, ambitious woman who ran 4-6 miles per day while working a full-time job. But after experiencing the symptoms of CFS, she became scared to even stand up because she didn't trust her body.
    Adrianne turned to doctors for help, but like so many others, she left without any answers. She did countless blood tests, which all came back normal, and tried different solutions like supplements and diets, but nothing worked. After months of searching, she came across Miguel's content and Recovery Jumpstart.
    With Recovery Jumpstart, Adrianne learned the tools she needed to stop simply surviving and start thriving. In just a few short months, she was able to overcome her fears and start living her life again. She was able to go shopping, cook dinner, and even have a job interview, which she ultimately landed.
    What's even more remarkable is that Adrianne is in a better place mentally now than she was before she even got CFS. She's no longer defined by her illness and is able to live her life to the fullest. Her story is a testament to the power of seeking recovery, no matter how severe your symptoms are.

    Thanks, Adrianne, for sharing your story of recovery from Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS)/CFS. I have also been diagnosed with POTS, and after reading Miguel's book "Thriver - How to beat Chronic Fatigue Syndrome", I am now believing that I can get better, and have already seen some improvements since Jan 1. I now understand that I need to do the Brain Retraining exercises regularly to calm my hypersensitive nervous system down. Brain Retraining is a great tool that everyone can use, even if they don't have CFS or POTS.

    I can't believe how similar our stories are. I got sick around July of 2020, wound up in the emergency seven times and hospitalized overnight for heart issues. They just kept throwing anxiety medication at me. I saw an endocrinologist a cardiologist a functional medicine doctor and I finally figured out after discovering the Dutch test that I had adrenal fatigue which is tied to CFS. I had pots, heart issues, incredible weakness where I could barely stand up or sit up, trouble breathing, stomach and digestive issues and like you I was ripping the internet apart for answers. At my worst I couldn't even finish a thought because I forgot what I was going to say by the end of the sentence. It was terrifying especially since I live alone! And like you I was someone who was unbelievably healthy and fit before this all happened. I'm still trying to recover fully. Thank you for sharing your recovery story!

    • @cfsrecovery
      @cfsrecovery  Год назад

      It's the most scary experience, and true the health system lack of quick diagnosis doesn't help things. I was at the very worst, I didn't even think I could recover, but fortunately I did. So I know you 100% will too. I'll keep sharing more helpful information.

Some of these programs are helpful but it's hard to stay focused! I do like opening ur 3rd eye. Every doctor I've had refuses to prescribe any antiviral s, antifungals. Tell Adrianne blessings prayers. I used to live down in goose creek, hated it moved out in 1999. Will keep searching 😢🥲🤔🙏🤨🧐😔💘
