Ubers are super affordable in Lisbon so you can def go that route! My partner preferred renting a car but I'd say for Sintra in retrospect it would have been better to Uber because finding parking was super chaotic!

I would go for a bit and then go to the other points close to there that we went to in the video (boca do inferno, cabo da roca)
