The days of ruthless skill are a thing of the past. Yet some still revel in the glory of real technical ability performed so flawlessly that the feeling of being mystified emerges in the audience. Today we call those people masters. There are some great young minds in the magic world, some genius even. But very few masters to bear witness to sadly. I guess life is just too preoccupying today to dedicate the required time to reach the highest echelon of performance.
