I mean they'll probably look for some level of animation focus in your portfolio, so it shouldn't be as illustration-based as mine was, but they do like to see you branch out and do a variety of mediums and disciplines

I am also doing the same prompt question as you! but seeing u took a realistic approach I feel like my artwork might have strayed from the prompt… so I’d like to ask for your advice! do u think if I do something “abstract” such as not re-reacting the actually look of the environment itself is ok?
Yeah!! I just did it kinda straightforward because I really loved the campus I was on, but I think they’d absolutely love a more interpretive approach!
I came back to ask a question does the portfolio have to be related to what major you’re going in or do you just follow what the portfolio requirements ask from you? Like I want to do 2D experimental animation

Like applying in the spring, or entering in the spring? Applying in the spring, no; their application period is Sep-Oct (spring intake) and Sep-Jan (autumn intake). Entering in the spring, yep, its spring intake.

Does ecuad accept you majorly on your portfolio or your academic requirements and transcripts
