You cannot say anything about LB transparency. It is amazing. Very few watch personality channels talk prices and buying including numbers. I don’t agree with their dress code but am grateful for the content. It is remarkable.
Can you make a video about international customers, if the watch would be delivered to you physically how do you pay when the customer is selling ? Because its not always as easy as sending to customer’s international bank account. What is the process there. Thanks

Him and Roman have the same dynamic as me and my business partner. I’ve got a great idea (I think) for some great content and how to introduce watches to a part of the country where there isn’t a watch community. Love the show, look forward to each new episode.
Its frequently said it's a family, but the company comes first. Very few entities are employee owned and highly successful. Kind of like the criminal court system, saying innocent till proven guilty. The defendant is actually guilty till proven innocent. Innocence is a real uphill battle.

The public (us) are so varied in their culture, we can tend to go too far some and not enough for others. So, take it with a grain of salt. I personally prefer transparency compared to something like TPG.
Whoever the marketer guy is doing the marketing, keep doing what you’re doing. I truly believe you have the platform to microspan current employees which is most likely a technique which will be incorporated into marketing in 2025-26. It doesn’t exist just yet, but it’s coming. Stick around.

As you stated, you have to live it. Every top sales producer I have ever met always plays their strengths. If you try to please them all you please no one and sell nothing.

I’ve reached out to Adrian and told him what a good motivator he is, he’s even motivated me and I live in London. Adrian is the type of guy you want as your boss. The guy has no ego, he’s all about wanting everyone to be better, you can tell he’s willing to give you all his time as long as you put in the work. Think the Dave situation was taken a little out of context, yes maybe could have been a little sensitive. But people need to realise work comes first, friendship comes after. He can’t baby people, has to be direct but still give chances, which he done. I wish Dave the best and I think in years to come when he reaches his full potential, he will thank Adrian from that chat. Adrian done that all out of love and could tell it was tough for him to have that convo with dave
Marco's experience with another dealer to drop-ship directly to the consumer/customer appears to be a direct deception by the dealer. Marco and LB should avoid this dealer from now on and appears they will do so. Just one of the costs of business, unfortunately.
I haven't commented anything negative on your videos other than Marco can def be annoying at times. Some episodes are getting kind of stale. I would love to see a few episodes following Gary and his partner around. Gary is hilarious and needs more screen time. Just my opinion. Still watch every episode and will continue.

5% profit margin is a POS !!! . If they worked on a 5% margin they would lose money due to fees etc . Maybe Marco means 5% after fees
