    Nice concise work. With no overworking of the panel. A joy to watch. Ho and well done on a left and right panel I know how easy it is to make two left side 😁. Don’t ask how I know. Great work 👍 Bob.

      Thank you. lol I have made 2 of the same side on a patch panel before so you’re not the only one.

    Another great video Ryan, any tips on making an hq monaro door skin? I will be looking at making 2 new skins for my project restoration car at some point, just wondering how you would go about putting the tapered body line in through the middle of the door? Cheers Craig.

    • @Resurrected_metalshaping

      Thanks Craig. I would template it and probs do the center fold first. Than bend the other tapered section back over some tube on a taper and I would fine tune the line with a curved slap hammer.

    What are the mats you put down on your bench top when laying out the alloy?
    Edit I should have waited till the end of the video to ask stupid questions

    • @Resurrected_metalshaping
      @Resurrected_metalshaping  2 месяца назад +1

      Thanks for the question anyway. But yeah just a Bunnings Mat and 2 of them happened to fit my bench perfectly.

      @@Resurrected_metalshaping yeah I have two 1200x1200 3d welding benches yours is 2400x1200 by the looks so that would be perfect
      I do a lot of alloy stuff for boats but 5052 isn't available with plastic locally and when you get the supplier to apply its always a disaster so I spend so much time trying not to scratch it or just orbital sanding everything

    Hi Ryan. I noticed a couple of episodes ago you used KBS products and I think you wiped off the product with metho. Is that something you recommend rather than using H2O?

    • @Resurrected_metalshaping
      @Resurrected_metalshaping  Месяц назад

      @@stephenmadden6480 I did use metho when I wiped it down. I know a fare few guys that use the metho way and a few that use water. Personally I prefer metho.
