I'm surprised that Giradorus has not come back with Sharplay. But I mean.....it's not the best of designs with how the actor's legs are in the suit. The monster can't really move and wouldn't provide a very entertaining fight for a modern audience. Props to doing a pretty obscured kaiju from the franchise though man! Awesome video as always. As always, a great video! There's a scene in which the Shaplay alien manipulates Anne Yuri's shadow and makes it look distorted. It put me in mind of the scene in GODZILLA ON MONSTER ISLAND where the same actress, Yuriko Hishimi, recoils when she sees the cockroach alien's shadows, revealing their true non-human configuration.
When I first saw this monster, I loved how he was 2 limbed in the fight But Goji73 gave a weird detail I didn't even know The limbs on it are actually someone's legs and the head is controlled by arms That's what I never knew of But then I got confused for the toy It had 4 legs Just wut
1:49 the only other kaiju to do that afaik is Alien Iyros, also from Ultraseven. Given how these two turned out, it's easy to see why Tsupro hasn't made another knee-walking suit since

Ryosaku Takayama s design for the monsters don’t really look like the art the copect art for them look like anime styesh but he does a good job with his design of the monsters . He used different metirales to add al of the crazy stuff on its body .

Believe it or not, Giradorus' most recent appearance is in The Mystery of Ultraseven comic from Marvel. I was kinda shocked to see him come back.
Poor Giradorus, Alien Sharplay has become a reoccuring alien, but Giradorus seems doomed to obscurity. At least you gave him some love professor!
Giradorus looks both scary and goofy. The puppet-like head is hilarious but then he roars and he gets way more intimidating.

This guy is definitely one of the weirdest monster designs I've seen the ultra series do. I mean, how do it's legs work? Are they flippers?
It kneels through the whole episode. It is very much made on the cheap. However, the Bulmark toy shows it as a quadraped.
Apparently it melts rock into magma and swims through it, so they probably are flippers
