No, it does NOT create an UNDUE burden -- not any more than showing an ID when purchasing alcohol, opening a bank account, obtaining social services for food and housing and medical services, when renting or getting a new job, when getting a bus pass, etc. Identification is a way of life. Why try to create a problem when there is none?

The problem is you’re creating a undue burden and further restriction on a fundamental right to vote.
Which would be ok, if you had a strong justification for it like evidence of massive or even significant voter fraud …. But you don’t have that.
You’re trying to restrict a right based on a made up problem.
You need an ID or driver's license to do pretty much ANYTHING. Buy cigarettes, buy lotto tickets, buy alcohol, buy certain over the counter medications, get a job, get a lease on an apartment, buy a house, get a loan or lease on a car, drive or sometimes even simply ride in a motor vehicle as a passenger, and the list goes on. But for some reason, there is a portion of the country that insists you don't need an ID of any kind to vote for who your leaders are. This is odd, to say the least. I'll leave the worst up to your imagination.
You fail to see that you dont need an ID to purchase kittens from a litter. Therefore you also shouldn't need a voter ID to vote.

@xImBeaST12321x However, to legally adopt a pet from a shelter, you are required ID. Pulling from a litter does not have that state involved like adopting from a shelter. Voting does involve the state. If it helps stop voting fraud then it just makes sense.
All those things you listed aren’t constitutionally guaranteed to every American. Voting IS, and so we shouldn’t make voting a pay to play system.

My local news just announced a batch of Covid 19 vaccines were available in our area on a first come first serve basis. The announcement ended with, "Be sure to bring your ID!" Think of all those poor black folks who will be unable to get vaccinated because they don't have IDs. Tsk, tsk, tsk.

As a minority, I don’t feel like voter ID laws are impacting me in anyway, shape, or form. In fact, I’m shocked why it’s not already a federal requirement. I thought it was this whole time and it should be. Plus multiple studies have been conducted on this topic and they too found no evidence that voter ID law’s negatively impacted minorities or anyone in general.

Here in California, they always ask for your driver's license or state ID before checking your name off the voter list and handing you a ballot. At least, that's been my experience whenever I've been to the polls. Is that not sufficient?

I voted in California a couple of years ago and no document was asked of me or anyone around me whatsoever. Just state my name, check off the list and done.
@@Douken Very true. Those people should be prohibited from volunteering in voting precincts. Is it laziness? Is their intention to not care who votes, whether registered or unregistered? In a different way, that is the same as packing the courts except it's packing the votes from unregistered.

There is no difference between voter ID laws and poll taxes. Forcing people to pay for an ID is simply a tactic to disenfranchise low income communities

Illegal citizens will vite for the beast system because the beast system makes lots of promises. I witness illega citizens taking citizens jobs. Some live better than us because they get free stuff and they don't pay taxes. Many in my neighborhood are guilty. They let there maids use there addresses so there children can get a better education. My son missed out getting in junior gaurds because they could only let in so many kids because of all the illegals faking that they live in our town. I am very aware of how easy it is to get proof of a lie if a group or individual wants it bad enough.
Democrats don't want to lose there power. Thwy have been scamming Americans for decades. Its time for every citizen of America to wake up and fight the beast system or many will be lost for eternity.
