Having been a bored kid around the same time, and having engaged in similar minor (?) graphitti and hthings, .... yeah. And the reactions of the adults were pretty much the same, though I did get a "stern talking to", which didn't involve as much talking as it sounds like.
Gold, CO sounds like a great place to be from.
