Half-Life 2 - Beta Audio

I put together rather interesting audio segments from the HL2 Beta leak for your hearing pleasure. I do think there's some hidden meaning to them, particularly during the first two sound files. What do they really mean? Well that's up to you to decide.

Judging from these sounds, here is a theory: In an alternate universe, half life alyx would have become a horror game.

You mean a Complete Horror game, Because HL2 even if it's light-hearted story and everything, it's does have scary and creepy things, but valve seems like they don't want HL to be horror game for some reason

possibly, but Half Life is not solely horror that's why horror elements are effective. I find when the whole game is horror it can limit the storytelling.
