    Here's a bit more of a dance class for you - this time focussing on using the arms. It's great for general arm toning, but is also a fab stress-busting exercise to do if you suffer from tense shoulders or a stiff neck from spending too many hours at your desk. Release all that tension in just a few minutes by dancing along. More soon x
