By far the fastest drummer ive ever heard, and hes so calm with the nasty wicked blast beats and the double bass.. Its unreal how fast he is with the double bass pedals..
He is using drum triggers. It is an electronic switch that feeds into a sample that sounds like a bass drum. It allows you to use very fast techniques that would not make much of a sound on an acoustic bass drum. Some say it is cheating, It is not. He is hitting everyone of those strokes, it is just the sound you hear is artificial and amplified.
They're direct-driven longboard pedals, looks like Axis brand from what I can tell. The power comes from drum triggers, he's not always playing every stroke with quite as much power as it sounds. This was just pure art. Beautifully skilled
Nothing short of a well calibrated machine. I pray skynet doesn’t become self aware.
So chill while absolutely ripping..👏🔥
A freaking machine gun bro 💪🔥
I've seen Lorna Shore twice already and the whole band is at the top of the game. I believe these guys will produce a lot more music before it is said and done. I enjoyed both there shows and had about 1- 1/2 years between shows and can tell they have matured a lot as a band.
Got tendinitis just looking at this 😂😅 makes it look effortless!
Greatest Metal drummer on planet Earth!!Cant wait to see you in Milwaukee in Aug 23rd!!
This is the first time I witnessed resting business face.
By far the fastest drummer ive ever heard, and hes so calm with the nasty wicked blast beats and the double bass.. Its unreal how fast he is with the double bass pedals..
You should check Spencer Prewett from Archspire, he's even faster. Goes on to make songs in 360 BMP, and for reference this song is on 290 BPM.
I just wonder what this sounds like without the triggers
dogshit ofc
Great cardio. He's obviously great but also great choice of cymbals. His drum and cymbal sounds and drum mixes are one of the best in the genre.
Can someone tell me how that pedals work? The power and accuracy is out of this world
Heel toe double strokes and using a trigger. Super hard to nail this technique with accuracy and consistency. Takes years of practice
The accuracy is just phenomenal playing. He has amazing foot control between single and double strokes on the kick drum.
@@MikeEhmannDrums so the pedals actually did some work there right?
@@adilfadhilah4334 It's not the pedal specifically, though it helps a bit, but the trigger
Bro went BEAST MODE way to calmly I love it❤
That poor, poor kick drum 🪦
Fuck that kick drum, it gets what it deserves
You mean triggers
