The important thing to remember about the typhoon is that its not meant to be stealthy or technology advance like the F-22, its designed to be an interceptor, one thing many people forget is how close some of these countries like the UK and Germany are to Russia, every few weeks Russian aircraft enter another nations airspace without permission in a attempt to disrupt travel and gather information, the typhoon was designed to be a fast interceptor to approach the foe and gather as much information as possible as well as ensuring the foe is staying away from commercial traffic, simular stuff happen with ships too, that's why European navy's are very different to our cousins in the US (you guys have it easy 😂😂)
@@subjectc7505 yes very true, Doesn't mean they won't be intercepted and watched closely while in our airspace. Since I live near where these typhoons take off every week at all hours they do a unrestricted take off to intercept an aircraft.
That's simply not true. The Russians enter "areas of interest" around other countries' airspace regularly, such as Britain, which is deemed a pretext for an intercept, but they don't actually enter the airspace. If they did, it would allow the British airforce to shoot them down.
We get to see the Euro fighter at airshows here In the UK and it's truly a sight to behold. The roar from the engines shoots right through your soul. 😂
Saw a typhoon take off at an air show when I was a kid, it's in the top 3 loudest things I've ever heard in my life, the first being a Concorde take off and Leeds Bradford Airport, the second being my Dad when I accidentally knocked the car into neutral and it rolled down the street.
Note: Anybody interested in the Eurofighter Typhoon for MSFS, make sure that you get the aircraft from CJ Simulations and NOT Bredok3D. Happy flying! The skies await.
Lived in Northern Germany close to where the Typhoon squadron 71 "Richthofen“ has its base. They were so fast...when you heard them they were already gone.
the TYPHOON's airbrake gives a lot of drag - seems it pushes down your aircraft - it will surprise you initially, it takes some getting used to - but once you master it then you'll love it. it makes it possible to go very fast until a few km of the runway and still lose all of your speed in seconds and land gracefully like a ballet dancer.
The real difference is that the cost of production of this jet is around 50 millions while the f-22 is around 350 millions. The goal was very apart when they built them.
I see this beast yearly at the air shows in the UK. It's absolutely breathtaking to witness in person. The engines rumble you from a good few miles away, it's just incredible Also Trevor, please try out the Red Arrows aircraft, its awesome
Eurofighter sill lacks the Captor Radar and the Thrust Vectoring, both where supposd to deliverd short after in service usagage, but never came because of money. We had some training Fights against F22, in Dogfight we won like every time, at Range we didnt even see Death coming.
i think the most interesting is that the most amaricans don´t known this aircraft exsits but the european have an good overview of the amarican fighter
Actually. The F-22 has been beaten multiple times. The Rafle, A-10, Mirage 2000 and a trainer jet beat the F-22 in exercises. And in Syria, the Russian Su-35 tracked an F-22 with it's IRST. The Flankers are also apart of the dogfighting list.
America purposely handicaps ourselves because you learn more losing than winning. For example the F-22 won’t drop its drop tanks to slow itself down to handicap itself during these times you mention
@@Shajj33 that is very true and also of people make excuses about what happened during the Rafle and F-22 fight. Also an F-22 pilot flew an Euro fighter and said they're pretty even.
You can track stealth a lot easier than you can get a valid firing solution. IRST can only track because it only detects heat signatures but you can't launch a fox 3 with IRST because they rely on radar signatures.
You should do a vid on the YF-23 it’s probably one of the biggest arguments in aviation on if it’s better than the raptor because it succeeds more in what the raptors are known for. Personally like raptors better, would love to know your opinion after doing research
Not canards. They’re foreplanes. Interesting fact. We were on UAE flying typhoon against f16s one our typhoon took down 4 USA f16. They Americans wouldn’t let it go against the f22.
Please do the Rafale M cause it's sick. Also the Typhoon entered operational service in 2003 and is now in service with the air forces of Austria, Italy, Germany, the United Kingdom, Spain, Saudi Arabia and Oman.
uploading from the icon of the seas i see😂 i pray one day in my life i will cruise on icon since ive never been on a plane or cruise! and i love watching your videos to keep my hopes up and imagination of one day being on Icon
Well they started as part of the project, but they left and made the Rafale, now a point to note is similarities in looks and designs (canards, delta wing etc) I believe it was something to do with the time the project was taking, but I can’t remember off the top of my head!
@@HopefulJoe03 Actually it was because of the needs of the French program part, we needed a marine version discordant with the belly air intake of the eurofighter and other factors, mainly due to differences in the needs of participating countries
I was wondering do i have to complete all the flight trainings to be able to fly other planes? Cuz i havent completed any of the flight trainings and i cant fly like the f18 in LA airport why is that?
Trev, you have got to play Spider-Man: Web of Shadows. If you love symbiote Spidey as well as Venom, you are gonna have a blast playing this. And you can play two different walkthroughs; bad and good paths.
I have seen the Typhoon at several airshows and it is probably one of the most ferocious attack of the senses I have experienced! That thing is mean! 🫨
Hey Trev, I’ve been watching your MLB The Show videos since 2016. I was just wondering if for MLB 24, you could do a longer series? Or if you don’t want to or don’t think people will watch that, could you do a franchise for 24?

Russia is legally allowed to travel in anyone's airspace as long as they're following international airway rules.

I have never experienced anything like it either it literally vibrates your body. A truly magnificent aircraft.
I love the F-22 like most but man, the Typhoon is a beast!! Rafale is fun, too.
I bet you didn't know that it replace GR4

You need to hear a B-1 take off…😩🥵
The air brake on the Eurofighter is like dropping a ships anchor from a rowing boat..... It's literally that good.

you definitely should try out DCS. i feel like it’s right up to ur alley
Agreed! He should try to land the Hornet on the carrier!
That’s what I was thinking, be great as a new series
I really have to play that game!
I would love to see Trev play DCS
yeah dcs puts people off because of its complexity of its cockpits but considering he is already kind of used to this it shouldn't be much of a jump
The Euro fighter is one of the best fighter jets ever made 🫡
Driving it like it's a rental 😂.
As someone who has seen these training by chance, they are defo my favorite jet

Fact the RAF has the largest Fleet and the aircraft is assembled in the Uk

Love the msfs Vids 👍

Eurofighter Pilots train by flying through the Mach Loop in Wales. See how you get on.
Man i love Jets so much there so freaking cool!!
I like props a lot more the piston engine sounds. Also impressive how some of the latest props went faster than the first jets

I would be interested to learn how you have your HOTAS One configured - I enjoy watching your flight videos.
LFPG and CDG are same airport - so you have the 4 letter ICAO code versus the older code in 3 characters.
you should get TrackiR or some kind of head tracker for this to get the full affect of the sim
this is great I've subbed

9:20 you were actually going Mach 1.35 because you need to be higher up in the sky to go Mach 2
hi, I have the same flying equipment as you, a thrustmaster, how do I activate the afterburners, with the throttle at maximum? Thanks for the reply.
You just flew of the county of Kent. Also flown just over Lydd on Sea and Dungeness.
i wanna see ya fly a concord bro 😎😎😎

Which joystick do you use ? Is it smooth in operate ?
as a former army helicopter mechanic, i wish they made simulators for not only jets and planes but also helicopters.
What do you mean? There are lots of helicopters for Microsoft Flightsimulator 2020. And also for DCS.
U should try dcs if u want full fidelity helicopter
the fact that msfs 2024 will somehow look better :o
By the way, the countryside you were flying over was the Picardie region :). Quite beautifull, but I'm still partial to Normandy !
Canards!!!!! NOOOOO!! They're Foreplane's :-) A few other minor errors, but otherwise nice vid
is this with all of the scenery packs installed?
@TmarTn2 I was just curious, but are you going to make a playthrough of the latest Yakuza game, "The Man Who Changed His Name"?
Is this the cj simulation created one??
You need to fly over the boneyard buddy epic ❤
i love you so mach
Can you keep making these videos I love them!
I'm over here hoping against hope that Trev will stay in the cockpit
The French didn’t have too much to do with development, they started it then jumped ship to build the Rafale
tell us what joystick for the fighter jets in the game
They're also lemons 🍋 Australia airforce had them grounded as they kept breaking down every run
you should do one on just flights Avro Vulcan
The typhoon can do more, travel faster and still dosn't need to try and be stealthy
Fly Tejus❤🙋🏻🙋🏻🙋🏻

what typhoon addon is this on msfs ? 😁

RAF coningsby is awesome for them they take off above youre head
You can do air-to-air refuelling in EF2000
U should fly the JAS 39 gripen E
Imagine if gta 6 looked this good
It looks better tbh
Day 4 of asking Trevor to play dcs
In a next video you should fly the raffale or the mirage
Can you fly the Dassault Rafael next?
