      bit of an late reply, but your so called "professionals" are often dumb as hell. i'm not an officer, but i've played lot of tactical games (real life games like airsoft and also pc games), where giving information is critical to success and i know that most people struggle with giving basic info .. they can't even explain where they are.
      game or no game, awareness and ability to figure out where you are based on surroundings, has nothing to do with game, it works same anywhere, in real life, in games, in space .. in a labyrynth or anywhere where you are and not many people have such awareness and it can often be very frustrating to those who do have such awareness.

      The guy doing the emergency call is not the motorist who shot the suspect. Two different unrelated civilians, but both did a good job. The civilian who shot the suspect is actually an ex convict who had applied to have his 2nd amendment rights restored, which obviously had been approved.
      He didn't want to be made public and only finally agreed to appear with the police at a press conference when reporters began to investigate his identity. So there he stood, prison tats and all and explained what happened and admitted that he had a "history", but hoped the media would respect his request to leave his criminal history in the past. Amazingly they complied.
      If there was ever a story that would make you think that people can change, this would be one of them.

      @@themishmish101 - The prohibition of firearms has certainly changed the modus operandi of criminals in the UK, but some manage to get guns just the same. The reality, as you obviously know, relates to the deliberately misinterpreted constitutional amendment and resulting gun culture of the USA.
      The Second Amendment of the United States Constitution:
      "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."
      In the context of raising a militia, it makes perfect sense. Taken out of context...well that's just good business and an invitation to keep disproportionally powerful weapons in free circulation...resulting in gun culture and higher violent crime rates...and dangerous AF when idiots don't lock up their guns but sleep with them...because criminals are likely to be armed too...it's now a catch-22.

The USA could ban guns all together tomorrow. And tell every citizen that they need to turn them in. You think criminals are going to comply? There’d still be MILLIONS of guns on the street. And now the law abiding citizen that saved this cops life would be the one without a gun. And that’s without even mentioning the multitude of reasons our forefathers wrote the second amendment into the constitution. Gun crime and death is certainly a problem in America. • @CXphoenixVideo
      @CXphoenixVideo 3 года назад

      Correct. Everything does not add up. The story just sounds too bad to be true.
      My theory: Officer caused the crash. Man, of the woman who got ejected, got out and started shooting in rage. Officer's partner was in the car with him who then shot back and killed the man. Injured officer got shot twice. Second officer called for help after shooting the man --- This is a more believable story.

  • @monicadasilva1740

    The guy that saved the officer was not the one to speak in the radio, they were 2 motorists, the one in the radio was the second motorist that was also an ex emt, and knew how to operate the radio, nobody never saw or did an interview with him, they interviewed just the one that Shot at the suspect to save the cop.

      @@golden50snomad52 As said, the second guy was an ex EMT, so he knew exactly how to handle that, i know the drill also as i was an EMT myself in the Belgium Red Cross!It' true, if you are not prepared you get in panic!But what i don't think it's fair is that, just the guy that shot the suspect was held as a Hero, when there was the One Other, which operated the Radio, that also helped Nobody never ever got him to Praise him too!So, most of the people think that there was Just 1 person there that stopped the car to help the deputy! If people would get to watch the other videos and hear carefully all what the radio guy said, and the story how really it was, they would realize that, the media made a huge propaganda about 1person, knowing that there were 2, that saved the deputy's life!

Yes the first person stopped him from being immediately killed, but it's the quick thinking & training that called for swift help which ultimately saved his life rather than dying there also from his injuries.
