Durango & Silverton N Scale Diorama

6 months of carving foam insulation, designing, 3D printing, and painting landmark buildings to make a highly selectively compressed representation of the D&SNGRR. The N scale layout dimensions are 48" X 30" with backdrop cutting through the 30" to make two scenes, one side representing the Durango station area, and one side the Highline over the Animas River.

Amazing compact layout! The rock work and waterfall are awesome, nice details. Favorite part though, the way the tunnels transition, they look so natural and believable great idea.
