changes everything? really? either you want (for some strange reason) a mic to be visible or otherwise you try to hide it. whats the use of a product that hides the glossy surface but keep the logo visible? please enlighten me. i really dont understand.
The outer appearance changes dramatically. I don’t mind the dji logo being shown. The transparency is what bothers some. Maybe reflections etc. I personally like the transparency as I was a kid in the 90s. Translucent rocks in my opinion. I’d buy a blue one if they had it. Some people didn’t like the transparency. This is just a solution. I agree though a cover that is solid black like I have for my rode wireless go II would be great. Unfortunately this is the only option on Amazon at the moment.
@@matthewpateofficial still dont understand. as a (professional) filmmaker i spend so much time hiding mics, lights etc to make the viewer forget the machinery behind the illusion. you seem to have an opposite aproach. is it the same with other equipment? you dont mind if the lights, chords etc are visible in the shot?
What a strange perspective and waste of resources. Buy a roll of photo-black paper tape. Use it to cover the logo, it can do the same thing but better and will still fit in the case. You'll end up with a bonus roll of useful tape. Here's a useful tip. Don't buy gear that slows you down.
I wouldn’t say waste of resources. The main thing is reflections from the transparency. Tape is okay but if in heat you could get residue to stick to it. I live in Alabama. It’s gets very hot and humid here.
